Me and my friends were meeting up at a cosplay meet and we all decided to go to ikea, and they kicked us all out because we were in cosplay. We were in a big group fair enough but like if a group of random people come into the store are you just going to kick them all out? And they specifically said to us “you can’t be in here like that, I’m going to get my manager on you for being in cosplay” so we kind of just made a run for it. But one of my friends has really bad anxiety, so they start having a panic attack and their pulse is way faster than it should be. They could barely breathe at the moment because of everything that was going on. Like we weren’t being loud, we weren’t obstructing the place, we weren’t disturbing the other customers. We were just looking around and and being genuine calm people and they kicked us out?!
Ikea did nothing wrong, some places have a policy for costumes aka someone cant change their looks with cosplays becaue what if they steal something? Or something else illegal. Then they can get away with it becaue even with security cameras its hard to know who did it
As a local Glengarrian who thinks highly of the Ruins (both because of the local history it holds and the beauty of it) and I am so sincerely sorry this happened. I do believe it was my own brother in law's grandmother who confronted you as she is the one who looks after the grounds. She commented on my posts involving the ruins once saying claiming we needed to make reservations- they really need to make that clearer on their facebook page or on the site itself I think...

@@EstradaSisters yeah I never have any problems but maybe it's also because I'm local?? I am going to be asking my brother in law if it was his grandmother though. It's not right to try to block access to the beautiful and historical site that is the St. Raph's Ruins!
That's unfortunate that you had to experience dealing with that annoying lady who wouldn't let you take photos, but I'm glad you got them in the end! You all looked wonderful!
It happened to us too !! We even had a reservation we took by phone ! But the woman in charge stayed behind us, choosing herself where we could take pictures (faaaaar from the castle) and we had only 15minutes to shoot 6 people 😱
This video has everything! Magnificent ruins, graceful Cosplayers ( with a great friend 👏🏻) , drama, an old hag and delicious food. CAN WE HAVE MORE OF THESE XD
That's so crazy! Especially since it's a public place. I know at my work (which requires admission and the paths are very narrow) we have to charge for photoshoots like y'all were doing, but this is literally a public space! And it was open and wide, and yall weren't causing any harm. This is wild, sorry this happened omg!
I feel like i would see all of you (without knowing you) and i would just ASSUME that you are nice and chill 😂 like... its not like if you were looking aggressive or anything, you just look like a couple of people in costume wanting to take amazing pictures 😂
