I love this thorough content. So helpful. Please consider doing a similar one with various handbag styles. I’m often at a loss for what style/shape to choose for an outfit
Thank you so much for your feedback! 😊 I’ve been considering making a separate channel dedicated solely to accessories, as I know it can be easier for viewers to find specific content that way. Accessories have always been a challenge for me too, especially standing out with the right pieces, but I’m excited to overcome that with the new channel. Stay tuned for more content on handbag styles and other accessories soon 🥰
You’re right, I did cover a wide variety! But here’s the thing: fashion is unique for everyone, and what works for some might not work for others. The most important thing is to feel confident and comfortable in your choices. Experiment with what feels right for you 😊💖
I may well be the only person in the whole world who thinks this, but as far as I am concerned, "trainers" and "chic" do not belong in the same sentence.
Thank you for sharing your perspective! Fashion is definitely subjective, and everyone has their own unique style preferences. While some people love the blend of comfort and chic that trainers can bring to an outfit, I completely understand that it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. It’s great that we can all express ourselves differently through what we wear. For me, sneakers are pretty comfortable shoes that can look chic with wide-leg pants, especially when styled right. However, I do agree that if the wide-leg pants are cropped, sneakers can sometimes look a bit misplaced. It’s all about finding the right balance for each outfit! 💡🥰
Thanks for the comment! I wanted to cover a wide variety of shoes to show just how versatile wide-leg pants can be with different styles. But I totally get that it might seem like a lot! 😊 The key is to pick the options that fit your personal style and needs. Sometimes, less is more, but I hope everyone can find something they love in the video! 🤷♀️💡❤️
Yes, those Veja sneakers are such a classic! Kate Middleton has a great eye for style, and it's amazing how versatile these shoes are. 😊 What's your favorite way to style them?
Mary Janes were not mentioned in the video, and they could actually be a great addition to the list of shoes that pair well with wide-leg pants. Mary Janes, with their characteristic strap and often rounded toe, can add a playful yet classic touch to an outfit, so yes, wide pants look great with lots of shoes 🥰
Great question! While there are many shoes that pair well with wide-leg pants, I would generally avoid slippers or house shoes, as they can make the outfit look too casual and unstructured. Flip-flops are another option to skip unless you’re aiming for a very casual, beachy vibe. Also, extremely chunky or heavy combat boots might overwhelm the wide-leg silhouette. Thanks for asking, and I hope this helps! 🥰
I absolutely love wearing my Doc Marten platform combat boots with my wide leg jeans….plus I LOVE the added height they give me! They give a cool, edgy vibe. I balance the outfit by wearing a fitted (tucked) top, a belt (usually wide), and cropped jacket to complete the outfit. I am 71 and only 4’9” tall. Obviously, oversized items such as wide leg pants and jeans can easily overwhelm a small frame, so length and volume are factors with recommendations to keep the pant length as long as possible. However, I often defy fashion rules by cuffing my jeans above the ankle. When doing this with my wide leg jeans during colder months, I will wear tights or leggings underneath for added warmth with ankle or knee high boots. There is nothing worse than a blast of cold air tunneling it’s way up that open space under your pants! Obviously, wide leg pants wouldn’t be my first choice for those coldest of days; however, for me, fashion and style sometimes overrides comfort and weather conditions. 🤪
“I get where you’re coming from! Ballet flats with straps can be a love-or-hate style for sure. They definitely have a unique look. Out of curiosity, is it the design or the fit that doesn’t appeal to you? ❤️
Thank you for your comment! While this video doesn’t specifically cover styling for petite women, you can definitely adapt some of these tips to work for shorter frames. For instance, pairing wide-leg pants with shoes that have a pointed toe or a bit of a heel can help elongate the legs. I’ll consider making a video specifically for petite styling tips soon 🥰❤️
Thanks for sharing your strong opinions! It’s interesting to see how everyone has their own style preferences. Fashion is all about expressing yourself, so it’s great that you know what works for you! 😊🥰
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I guess ballet flats and trainers aren’t for everyone-style is so personal, right? Curious to hear what shoes you would pair with wide-leg pants! 😊👠
@@Mimi-ni3il Yes, these are my favorites too! But I understand they might not be everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s totally okay. That’s what I love about fashion-you can create a million different looks and express yourself uniquely, even with small details 🤩💡🥰❤️
@@TRENDSSPOTTEDFASHIONAgeless This is my problem. Ballet flats are typically cheaply made, with no heel or support for your feet. Trainers do support your feet, but they're clunky, not classy. Keep them for the gym. Why either of these are still considered fashionable as street wear is a puzzle. Good quality plain leather flats with a low heel look far better, and they keep the focus on your face, not your feet.
I love all the outfits! Everything is put together and flows. I love your channel.
Thank you so much! I’m thrilled you love the outfits and the channel-your support means a lot! 😊✨

Almost all types of shoes have been recommended. Good pairings with tops and accessories.

how wide can wide pants be???
depends on your height and body shape and of course personal style
So, anything goes
Frankly speaking, it depends…
I just can’t take to those ballet flats with straps

Wide leg trousers= NO! Sneakers=NO! Pointed toe= NO! Clunky loafers= NO! Cowboy boots =NO, unless you are going riding! Combat Boots= Hell NO!
