I have a question... I am an 80 Kg. heavy male, with some experience in exercise and working out... Going by your formula, if I get a 5 Kg. mugdar or Gada, is that gonna turn useless, as I progress, or can I keep progressing by just increasing the repetitions?

@@slowgamer7076 nope.. it will always come in use no matter how mudgar you get in the future… light weights help in your basic foundation and recovery
