My son has Cerebral Palsy and is 17 now. He can't walk talk or eat, but I couldn't love him any more than I do. When this song came on one day when we were together, it summed it up perfectly. This was the song that really made him a big star. It was a big radio hit in 1977 and '78. Although he had already recorded 3 albums on Columbia Records, he hadn't achieved commercial success until "The Stranger" album. Don't underestimate the contribution of the great Phil Woods on alto sax to help make this such a great classic.
