Celebrating 25 years at the NGV, the annual Top Arts exhibition offers young people an opportunity to exhibit their technical brilliance and innovation.
Top Arts 2019 presents diverse and accomplished works of art from students who have completed Art or Studio Arts as part of the 2018 Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) and showcases young artists’ exploration of some of the greatest concerns of contemporary times, and their creative celebration of humanity and the world. A number of this year's exhibiting students discuss their experience.
The exhibition is on display at NGV Australia, Federation Square 22 Mar - 14 Jul 2019.

when i first saw it i recognised it but idk what
