So this videos is for me indeed! Question: My newest resistance contributing to my procrastination: I’m a musician and a sound engineer. I already have a RUclips channel with my music. I wish to start teaching sound engineering. Should I create a new channel or use my existing one. I have conflicting thoughts- if I’d drive my existing followers away? Or, once I start teaching, will my music drive away my “to be” followers? Or will it help my channel grow in a good way?
a musician and a sound engineer: wow, you could be describing my husband! Haha. To answer you question: it depends on your audience. I would imagine that the audiences for these 2 fields would be very different, so in that case, the answer is 2 separate channels. Keep this rule in mind: 1 Audience type = 1 channel.
