I am always impressed and jealous when you record outside. Such excellent backgrounds! Beautiful and peaceful. The best is your sound - so bright and clear, with almost no background noise. REALLY impressive! Thanks, and keep it up.

Thank you so much for the excellent and kind comment Basie! I too love filming outdoors on this gorgeous island that I'm fortunate to live on. And will be doing more outdoor shoots for this reason :) Happy that you enjoy them.

Great video it was fun! I really enjoyed it--and awesome reminders for me as I film a couple videos today outside in our nice weather today. I'm present to talking to my "avatar"-target audience-each time I film. I'll do that today and see how it shifts how I'm speaking to my audience. Thanks as always Salma for the helpful info!

Talking with your avatar in mind is always such a great strategy Lara. Good luck with the outdoor shoots *rooting for you* 🙌

So helpful and so true concerning first buying equipment before recording the first video and waiting too long with starting. I am happy that I am in your YES Community to learn all the details in the background 🤗

So lovely to see you filming outside! It makes a difference, since variety is nice. And also such a beatiful place 😊And what you are talking about is SO important!

It really is a gorgeous place! I just wished I had started an hour earlier to stay in the light, haha. But it is what it is, and instead of not releasing the video due to low light, I thought I may as well walk the talk 😅

I love your vulnerability and your honesty, you're my new most favorite person! Is Launchpad included in the 10-week intensive and when does the next Intensive start?

Thanks once again for this Salma !! I’ve been following you for a long time. I’ve done almost everything you’ve taught (in terms of learning), but I haven’t started yet. So this videos is for me indeed!
    Question:
My newest resistance contributing to my procrastination: I’m a musician and a sound engineer. I already have a RUclips channel with my music. I wish to start teaching sound engineering. Should I create a new channel or use my existing one. I have conflicting thoughts- if I’d drive my existing followers away? Or, once I start teaching, will my music drive away my “to be” followers? Or will it help my channel grow in a good way?

a musician and a sound engineer: wow, you could be describing my husband! Haha.
To answer you question: it depends on your audience. I would imagine that the audiences for these 2 fields would be very different, so in that case, the answer is 2 separate channels. Keep this rule in mind: 1 Audience type = 1 channel.

@@SalmaJafri Thank you so much for replying! It means a lot. I hope to start my channel soon.
Out curiosity, is your husband a musician and sound engineer? I have sound engineer friends from Lisbon
