Wet your face with cold water
からのペットボトルに水を汲んでおき、どのくらい飲んだか把握できるようにしています。500×4本とかです。飲んだボトルは塩素系漂白剤を1、2滴加えた少量の水でよくシェイクして消毒しております。(順番に4本洗ったら最後に台ふきんにあけ、その上でボトルを濯ぐことでふきんも消毒できます)
