All I can say is I better put some antiseize or pipe joint compound on those screws cause they will leak tighten the middle two first then the back after u tghten the others snug the middle and back again good luck
How did you know that the Fuel Pressure Regulator needed replacing? I am chasing an issue and I think this might be it. The truck runs rough at idle.. I thought it was spark, so I replaced the plugs/wires/distributer cap/rotor. Still rough, so I did the EGR valve/Map sensor/ IACV.. still rough so I did the fuel filter/air filter/ both injectors.. still rough
Gotta test your fuel pressure. Get a fuel pressure testers and attach it to your inline filter. You’ll need a tbi adapter to do this. There’s a couple videos of it. If your fuel pressure is low it’s your fuel pump, in-line filter or pressure regulator. Also check your spark plugs. If they’re black and it’s blowing black smoke/backfiring then it’s probably your pressure regulator. If the fuel pressure is fine and your spark is fine it could be your timing. If your timing is fine then you’ll have to do a compression test.

I’m not getting any fuel to my injectors when cranking checked fuel pump pressure is good and checked my fuses look good and fuel pump relay is good

Is there a reason for the black o-ring that you didn't use?
That o-ring was for another car i wasn't fixing that day at same time!!

No miss firing will be due to spark plugs wires ignition module distributor cap rotor or timing.
