I would put a blank insert in and use it for my expressive notebook, using it for writing my feelings and all things with words AND also draw, color, collage etc. for all things beyond words.

I just started bullet journaling this year to try and organize my ADHD brain. My doctor, who has been treating my ADHD for the last 15 years, has been encouraging me to journal since my diagnosis. I start and stop at least a few times a year. I think your videos will help keep me motivated to continue. Thank you!
