Salesforce was my first company. I was hired from college campus as Software engineer AMTS. Company culture was good and pay was top. But quality of work was very poor. At times extremely boring with very old tech stack and time wasting, bug fixing, testing, and repetitive cycles of code review and approval meetings. After working there for 3 years and 3 different teams, I resigned out of sheer boredom and joined a startup. Currently I'm in Coinbase. Quality of work, work-life balance and pay are all far better here. I'm much happier now.

So now I am not sure from where to prepare, do you think preparing from Leetcode is sufficient to crack Morgan Stanley interviews?
Thanks for the feedback. Most of the companies take tests and coding rounds in hackerrank, hackerearth etc. Preparing from leetcode is more than sufficient for any interviews. This does not mean that you will get questions from leetcode. It merely means that it will prepare you enough that you will be able to solve questions on your own

Second Salesforce has free food all the day, not just lunch. It has breakfast, lunch, dinner and multi snacks and even at night for night shift guys, you can assume if you are in office 24 hours, you'll be well fed all through. Any festival/event/anniversary, you'll have luxury/special food which rivals that of high end restaurants.

Again, these values are in hand values . The 33 lakh CTC contains stocks for four years. So it is not LPA. The values given in the video is the actual pretax yearly salary. Plus CTC also contains non monetory benefits. What I have discussed here is the actual salary that someone will get in a year at different levels. So I would say do proper research

Yes. It is. More or less.
It moves fast.
But when you get promoted you would be at the lower end of the band and external candidates coming in will get more.

@@uditjoshi199 yes.having said that, promotion doesn't happen because of timeline.
They happen when you start working at the next level consistently. So it hardly depends on the timelines but on the individual.
