Great video, thanks! Discovering McKenzie Method exercises a few years ago has allowed me to get back into running. But I’ve had to run primarily using my left leg because sciatica is still bad on the right side. This video is spot on as I definitely am shifted. I took a picture of my spine and I can literally see the shift. Will try your wall exercises to see if I can’t get the pain to centralize and go away.
I have a herniated disc with extremely bad lateral shift 😫 since Monday (7/4/22) 6 days now, I am in excruciating pain. It's been 5 days and hasn't gotten better. I pray I don't get stuck like this. I can't do any of these exercises because of my slipped disc. It's mentally and physically draining 😤 it takes me almost 30 minutes to get out of bed
@@SMT_91 was just going to go for surgery at one point last month but days before I did, my 8-9/10 pain went to 2-3 and my body finally started going back straight on its own. Im still like 10% crooked standing but THAT IS WAY BETTER lol…I didn’t go to surgery. I will hold off when I am older if I need to because as a 29 year old I’m quite young for such a procedure and I will be extremely careful. I can finally sleep without crying…I went through some hell moments but finally it’s all going back on its own.
Have been doing wall shifts and extensions for about a week. Hardly any pain but I keep shifting after I correct it. If I walk or sit or workout it shifts out of place.

I’m the exact same way. This is so ridiculous. I’ve been like this since March this year.

Weird scoliosis. I hope we don’t wanna make people that have this condition. Feel bad about themselves.
I literally walk within 10 seconds my whole body is leaning down and to the right. My abs hurt. Mine came after injury.
