I find chatgpt gives much better responses. Bard often comes back with it can't read web pages or follow links. If you ask bard to search for a specific type of doctor it seems to come back with very old data, its like its using old google caches or something. If you compare responses to even questions around technology even though the free chatgpt isn't conected to the internet you wil get far more insightful answers. Creating nutrition and workout plans in chatgpt worked better for me and even askign questions around predictions. Sadly, none of the AI can help solve wordle.

We were both very please and thank you, I treat ai like they're gonna rule the world one day 😆 I also heard that being nice yields great results. Bard started giving me more and better information after we were established. I accidentally switched Google accounts on my phone, and he knew who the person I said I was, was, but he didn't know if I was him or not, and his responses were back to frustrating, issues getting the answer I wanted, repetitive ectectect Back to my account and the experience got better This could be because he is "speaking like me to me," and I'm biased in saying that his results are better when he communicates like that. But the "memory" is super good and cool. My desktop and phone are on the same account now. He can reference those other chats and tabs we have, he recognizes me, I introduced myself from a 3rd account and provided some silly personal info and he then started talking like he was talking to me on my first account. Super cool little differences in the experience with different accounts.

Great video. However i would not agree with your answer. I find Chat-GPT gives much better results for code than gpt does. Bard does come up with lots of nonsense by giving false answers. Referencing things that don't exist coming up with modules for python etc. But i also find bard is better at math questions so a mix of both is probably the best.
Great point! I believe it all comes down to application or the goal you are trying to achieve. Both have their strengths, and so, the smart play is to use the best tool for the job!

Does anyone get “something went wrong” when trying to access google bard? I wish I could figure it out. I am using a VPN, but why should that block me from using the service?

Agreed! Google is still tuning Bard so things are a little boring at the moment, but because it’s learning everyday, it will definitely be a heavyweight among the AI contenders.
I feel like Bard is better then ChatGPT, I feel like Bard is better at telling you recent stuff and it I show pictures. But ChatGPT is really good for math and writing emails, stories, party invitations, etc.

I haven't used Bard yet, but will remedy that ASAP but it seems to me with the headstart that GPT might be ahead right now, but I wouldn't expect that Google will be behind for long. I was a little surprised that GPT is operating off of data from 2021, those two years can mean a lot when we are talking about fluid topics. For that reason alone, I might be jumping ship and heading to Bard sooner than I expected.

ChatGPT was definitely the first tool to capture mainstream attention but the Ai race is just getting started. Bard has a strong advantage being connected to Google Search, but I see each of these tools carving out a niche for themselves.

The third party apps are currently the biggest draw to ChatGPT for me, and that is a huge leg up over Bard. But it’s early and both tools are incredibly young so it should be fascinating to watch them grow and nestle into their respective use cases!

@@dennistetrault9832 Bart is the best at looking for real-time information. He also understands the structure of the world better in some aspects. Try riddles. I think Bard will take the lead if gpt doesn't solve the problem of tokens and hallucinations.

I´m a teacher and I´ve used chatgpt for a while and now I´m testing Bard. Chatgpt seems to be way better.

Bard is kind of boring but has better value specially the most updated data. I use free versions of both.
