GS300's are awesome, manual swap it and u got a crazy drifter, this mustang keeps fighting me, not sure when Ill take it to the track, just takin my time ig, i hate being in dfw because emissions testing is super strict, currently waiting on cats being welded on because the car came catless

I got mine for 1700 they wanted 2800 it leaked oil and coolant a new gasket and a new radiator later I got a nice daily working AC etc. 1000 is a good price for a project though I just kinda lowballed an old couple :D
When it runs be sure to run Redline 5w30 oil or Royal purple. 5w30. A ton of forum say Mobil 1 is the best for the 2J but I beg to differ. Never get any WIX oil filters for these either. Only OEM. Same with coolant get Toyota green or OEM red.
I got this one from a good friend. I got the radiator replaced, gonna clean the air maf sensor, and try to fix the issue with it not revving up to redline.

It has relatively low miles to other gs300’s, so I’m stoked on what the journey has for me!

A cd009 swap from a 350z costs about the same as a turbo kit… Not sure what to do
@@Matt_RS Just did a coolant flush and that alone took me and friends 4 hours just because we dick around the entire time lmao

@@Matt_RS make sure the timing is in order too some people experienced bad timing belt jobs from shops causing incorrect timing.

swap that motor to a tacoma single cab way better then that sedan and more usable
That would be a good idea, but I’m keeping the stock power plant in the gs300. I’m doing a build on my mustang.
