AA. DHA managememt has worked brilliantly in the last 3-4 years. However they are requested to address the issue of the slim road passing through dhadocha village. This access needs to be widened to attract more people to Phase 6 and 7.
@AsimKhan-ub5mj An entirely new route is being developed, known as Marine Drive, which will be super wide and will connect DHA 7 through Bluebell & Rose.

USD in 2008-10 was 70 to max 80 and even at 1,600,000 per plot that would be 20,000USD, today USD is 280 and even if we get 5.5 million, somehow, its less than the USD value in 2010. This was a complete waste of investment

It was a nightmare. After paying 13k usd and 8k usd for escalation and scdc charges and after 15 years for possession it’s great bull shit.
@shoaibakhtar8419 Dollar was for Rs. 60 then & escalation was being charged at Rs. 94.5 only.
Why would you consider dollar growth & not the purchasing power of Ruppee fall.

U have missed a important fact that DHA.7 has small size plots only and there is no such option on big scale in DHA Islamabad Rawalpindi. So biger chunk of middle class people will surely consider phase.7 for living and only those will get benefit who build their houses in first phase.

@Nouman-p5y you're right. However, the middle class is restricted currently in constructing homes due to high construction costs. Their major expense these days is electricity bills, fuel costs and kitchen bill. And if artificial hypes jack up land prices also, then the total cost will become out of their reach. Nonetheless, DHA7 has a huge market for middle class. That is a fact.
