    روڈن مینیجمینٹ اگر ناچنا بھی شروع کردے پھر بھی انکی زبان پر کوئی یقین نہیں کرے گا کیونکہ یہ جنرل بلاک والوں کا مسئلہ حل کرنے میں کوئی توجہ نہیں دے رھے جو کہ اخلاقی، مذھبی اور قانونی طور پر غلط ہے ۔ اگر ایگزیکٹو بلاک کی چار بیلیٹنگ کرنے کے بعد بھی یہ صرف چالیس فیصد لوگ بیلیٹنگ میں اہل ھو سکیں تو پھر انکو اپنی پالیسیوں کو دیکھنا چاہیے۔ بدقسمتی سے یہ لوگ مارکیٹ اور موجودہ real estate کے حالات کو سمجھ نہیں رہے یا سمجھنا نھیں چاھ رھے ۔ ان کی یہ روش ا نکو اس مقام پر لے آ ئی ھے ۔ یہ صرف سوشل میڈیا پر اپنی تشہیر کراکے اسی کو اپنی کامیابی سمجھتے ہیں۔ ان میں اتنی بھی عقل نھیں کہ لوگوں کے کمینٹس پڑھ کر کچھ سوچ بچار کرلیں ۔ یہ بڑے بڑے فنکشن کراتے ہیں اور رئیل اسٹیٹ ایجنٹس کھانا کھانے کے بعد انکی جھوٹی تعریف کرکے نکل جاتے ھیں ۔

    روڈن انکلیو کے بارے میں کچھ باتیں آپ کی ٹھیک ھیں ۔ لیکن افسوس یہ ہے کہ آپ کلائنٹس کو تو نئی راہ دکھا رھے ھیں لیکن روڈن انکلیو مینجمنٹ کے غلط فیصلوں پر کوئی لب کشائی نھیں کررھے جو اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ مینیجمینٹ ڈیلرز کو خوش رکھنے کی پالیسی بظاھر کامیاب نظر آ رہی ہے ۔ کلائنٹس، جو روڈن انکلیو کا اصل اثاثہ ہیں، کو کچھ نہ دینے کی پالیسی پر مینیجمینٹ عمل پیرا ہے۔ آپ کی طرح بہت سے ڈیلرز لیٹر آ ف کریڈٹ پر دی گئ مینیجمینٹ کی طرف سے آفر سے اپنئ حق گوئی اور بے باکی کو بیچنے کے لئے تیار ھیں۔ آ پ کی اس بات سے اتفاق نہیں کروں گا کہ ایگزیکٹو بلاک میں پلاٹس کم ھیں۔ مینیجمینٹ کے مطابق چار بیلیٹنگ کے بعد بھی صرف چالیس فیصد پلاٹس کی ایگزیکٹو بلاک میں الاٹمنٹ اس بات کی دلیل ہے کہ اب بھی کافی پلاٹس وہاں موجود ھیں۔ڈیلرز حضرات رزق کی تلاش میں اپنے ایمان کی حفاظت کریں کیونکہ رزق تو رزاق نے دینا ہے ۔

      @@RealUstad Unfortunately, the real estate sector in Pakistan is being monopolized by advisors and builders, which is a major reason for the ongoing downfall of the industry. This is the second time I've invested in a project here, and yet again, they’ve failed to deliver. They continue making excuses and have held our money for years. Now, instead of giving us the promised plots, they offer to return our money. What's even more frustrating is how they are being defended, instead of being held accountable for their actions. These developers took 40% in advance when they bought the land, so why can’t they deliver on their promises? Sure, maybe some additional development charges would be understandable, but they need to be transparent and deliver what was promised. This is basic fairness

RUDN didn't make any profits in the booming market as well. DHA VALLEY 2019 5 marla @ 7 to 15 lacs 2021-22 5 marla @ 30 to 55 lacs RUDN is just going down with nonsense pro dealer policies. Rest as you please, we can just suggest.

      @@RealUstad Saad bahi even if we move our files from the general block to the executive block and pay additional development charges to the society, I'd like to understand the future prospects for end users or investors. As you previously mentioned, the general block's charm is lost in the rudn enclave, and the executive block are already over two kilometers away from the ring road. Considering the society lacks an NOC, what's the future outlook? I'd appreciate your insight on this matter.

Some info is missing, and let me add to it. ● Most residents might come in the next 7 to 12 years. ● Some growth will come with Ring Road, but real growth will come with urbanisation (urban sprawl) ● Take possession and use the space as a farm. Even if it's a 7 marla space, you can keep it as just a plot, too. ● Sell as soon as someone gives you some profit in 2 years. This time will come inshaAllah ● Get a tangible product instead of an intangible one.
