No worries mate, I was only 15 at the time of the vid, and I just work this stuff out. Nobody has taught me anything about repairs. Gets easier as you go :)
Is this how u fix 125cc when the engine blows ? When I was riding my bike jus cut off and same thing for u, I can’t even kick start it bc it won’t go down HELP PLEASSEEEEE IK IM SUPER LATEEEEE
If you were riding it when the engine locked up, more than likely it overheated. To fix it, you'll need a minimum of a top end rebuild as even if you get it to turn, it wont have any compression. Top end rebuilds a pretty straight forward. plenty of vids online I might do one on camera, although I've done 8 or so already. Minimum parts to get yours going will be 52.4mm piston hone the bore/new bore cylinder 52.4mm piston rings new gaskets for 125cc Good luck :)

If you turned the flywheel by hand like that then it wasnt seized
Correct, I got the bike seized and broke it free with a breaker bar. this video is just showing you the method.

Did you put it in gear and then unseize it? Or did you unseize it while it was in neutral
While it was in neutral, otherwise you'll be fighting the engine and gearbox together.
When did you get that camera?
