Damn, can't get over how legit this kid looks. After watching this vid I'm sure now he's about that scene and knows his pipes from his bars but damn, still can't shake that he's a letter jockey on his spare time. Still gonna sub though.
@@AaronsEnduro wow, I hope that doesn't happen to mine. I'm pretty hard on it lol... Pretty cool to see the inside though. I watched all your recent videos, in fact, I just stumbled across your channel lol.

I have to replace a 125cc motor with a new 125cc motor for a dirt bike. Do I need to prime the new motor, or do I just fill it with oil like a normal oil change?
Totally! I literally hadn’t watch anyone do it prior and figured it cant be that hard and this was that process of just figuring it out as i go! Was a fun “little” project
Great video. You don’t waste any time. How long will it take to get the new engine? Also if you go with a different engine won’t that be a problem reconnecting the mounts to the frame?
Do you have a recommendation for an engine swap for Apollo DB32 110cc 4 speed semi automatic kick start? Looking to put a 125cc? I’m new to this. Thank you
well here's my situation homie, i just bought the bike with my side money i had put away for my first dirtbike and I 110% was not anticipating pulling the engine already. Friday i leave for my 8 day offroading trip ( of which i was supposed to be bringing my dirtbike and exploring new towns. As you can tell my bike broke. I have to use my extra left over cash towards the trip itself in fuel and fare. I'm trying my best to have the quickest turn around. Simply put, i dont have the money needed to just outright buy an engine to put into the bike! I wish i did and if i did i would order a 160 and have it waiting at my doorstep to install the day im back from my trip. At this point it may be another month at least before i have the money to maybe buy an engine, return from my offroad trip, and swap another engine in. Hoping to be able to go on my birthday ride in august. Hopefully you can understand my situation and struggles right now
Aaron Greenway alright awesome. I was thinking about that but i didnt want to dig a deeper hole. Thanks for the reply man it really helps. Ill try that forsure. Are there only 3 engine mounts?
How fast did the 140cc swap make the bike now?? What size sprockets are you running on it. I have the same bike and looking to do the same thing with it. I am looking at the 140cc, 155cc or the 200cc motors. Which would you recommend?? I ride a lot of dirt road and looking for a higher top speed so I dont have to go everywhere wide a$$ open all the time. Any help would be great, I want find anything on line about a Apollo swap!!!!
The 150cc swap doesnt make it have any higher of a top speed. Only faster acceleration. The 200cc motor has a 5th gear which has more top end , and then the gearing mod ( i used a 16 tooth front) will give you more top speed
Thank you for replying to my question. So the 190cc or the 200cc then, cool. Which motor company would you use and have you heard of anyone doing that kind of a swap on an Apollo before?? Do you think the bike could take that kind of power under it?? Sorry for all the questions!!! I just dont want to just guess on my own
Yes people have swapped the 190/200cc daytona engine in. Youll need a clutch cable, Kickstarter lever, cdi box, carb/intake , exhaust ( what i can remember off the top of my head) possibly wiring harness if you want electric start . Cant remember if the engine mount bolt up or not for the 190/200
The engine itself seems decent like a honda rep, its the transmissions in them that seem to poop out. I have a xr100 also, and this apollo walks it all day ( mine i also swapped a 150cc into) But ive also ridden a ktm450 and this thing doesnt even touch that lol. Maxed out apollo is having the ktm in like 2nd/3rd gear
@@AaronsEnduro did you say a apollo maxed out upto 3rd gear would smoke a 450 lol mad guy wouldn't even come close to my xr250r and that's not very fast 😂😂👌

Is it really a 2020 with only 2 hrs? Thanks for sharing with us bro!
Yes its a 2020, but it has 30 hours on it

I need to know proper chain size for my Apollo rfz DB 18?
Is it the 428 110 link. I wanted to upgrade my chain having trouble finding what size it is
Gonna have to count links and look at the sprocket. Should tell you what pitch.
Most are 120link

Like normal oil change. Run it for a bit then change the oil out again
Can you please give me the link to everything I need to do the swap?
Everything should be linked in the description
Thx so much again!!
No problem:)
Bam 💥. This helps! Ok 👌 I think I’m learning...ok lol I better watch more 😂💪
Glad you can take some info in!!
Aaron For real! Watching the process means, it’s not intimidating (as much) when I mod mine. Tks 💯

It honestly is so simple, just lots of “layers” to the disassembly to learn
Maybe I missed it, but what size engine you gonna go with? Super excited to see this build! Good luck...!
i think he said 160 or something Idk
you're gonna have to wait and see 👀👀👀😁
Great video. You don’t waste any time. How long will it take to get the new engine? Also if you go with a different engine won’t that be a problem reconnecting the mounts to the frame?
Depends on how much support i can get in the videos! Currently a new motor is likely a month out of my $$$ reach
Theres motors you can buy that are larger CC that bolt right in. (They’re design and sold from the same manufacturer)
Aaron Greenway I just bought a shirt to support the cause. Good luck!

Is this bike he’s using a 125cc frame?
Yes
What is the Gasket kit for the crankcase?
Top motor mount fell while riding.... any ideas how i get line the engine up to the brackets without pulling the engine off
Start with loosening all the other engine bolts ( not remove them, but loosen them so theres some play to get the too bolt to line up)
Aaron Greenway alright awesome. I was thinking about that but i didnt want to dig a deeper hole. Thanks for the reply man it really helps. Ill try that forsure. Are there only 3 engine mounts?
3 mounts, 6 bolts total
