Hello again Paps. Just received my order, and I am as giddy as a child in the proverbial. Ordered Friday delivered Tuesday, noon. The packaging is outstanding. Sell by date of Aug 2023 is fantastic. All fresh ingredients, no Ees or Dees, etc..
@@Papparoni started at my least favourite from the multi 5, to lower expectation, the bhuna. It was certainly restaurant standard, and very healthy, no queasiness. But I'm not a bhuna fan. As such, it was nice. Suitably grounded I will report back having tried the fabled Mad Ra's. I hope this doesn't come across as pompous, its just nice to let others know before they spend their hard earned cash.
Not surprised you went for the Madras! So glad it turned out to have such a lovely flavour, and even more glad you went for the Zelda theme. Kinda a fave! Nicely done Pap!

@@Papparoni definitely 👍 I always get my dry spices online as is far better than supermarket stuff even the cayenne pepper is hotter and fresher 🌶️ Lynne bought some I recommend she noticed the difference
Wow! Now that really looks cool. Reminds me of opening my chemistry set box when I was a kid. I want that all (going to order for sure). / You know in the past I have gone the whole way and cooked BIR curry from scratch at home. Prepared the base gravy and the pre-cooked meats. The results were excellent for sure, and fun to begin with. But I just do not have the time to have the kitchen for a whole day, even if the finished dishes can then be put together in minutes (and most of the sub-parts can be frozen). So always on the lookout for cheats.. / So wondering if I was doing this - I might say use the madras paste you have, add to yogurt and then marinade the chicken for a day, and then follow your example / Nice playing ! / Madras dish looks fabulous. Wow - a good result, perhaps the marinade in not required then?! Mark.
I had a chemistry set, loved it, heated up the copper sulphate immediately! Go for it with the madras mate, be nice to know how it went, and the composer of Zelda must have been having a really good day!
I'm ordering some of those Papps, I've never been able to find an authentic tasting sauce and I've tried loads that claim to be. Good job my friend! 👍👌
