Nobody shares in your misery as much as those who have experienced such misery as you have, and even then, the perspective isn't the same as the one who's experienced it, They are alone in their sufferring, as nobody has experienced such suffering. If you look at the cycles of life, we all experience a great tragedy within 80 years, we go through cycles of sufferiing for 25 years, only to realize we're experiencing the same pain as those who have experienced the same pain that we have, prior, wether it's 80 or 100 years later, we all go through the same cycles of pain, eternally.

this hits harder than ever since my heart has been broken around christmas time.. I've been writing songs to get through the pain, my heart been hurting... 3,5 years of my life i gave my all to this girl and in the end I got nothing to show for it. I made a song about it to express my feelings and help people going through the same thing.. Lonliness hurts and I hope to inspire people to use heartbreak as a motivation for their passion. Dropped the song yesterday, to anyone taking the time to check me out and join me on the journey to success, I will forever be thankful. Right now it means more than anything💔🙏

I woke up in an ambulance last year, almost cashed in my ticket trying to feel good. Didn’t know what to do afterward but knew I didn’t want what I had been doing. Realized physical fitness was a cheat code to feeling good, and once u feel good then u can actually enjoy life and go after goals. I look forward to running now, and work out a little just to look good, and now I feel like I have life at my fingertips. I know this sounds preachy, but getting in shape with daily exercise does so many things for mental health it’s amazing, it’s not about being healthy. Just give it a shot for 30 days and I promise it will change ur life, don’t wait till ur almost 40 like me

Loneliness hits you when you are with your friends and you dont feel accompanied. You are just there. You call them your friend but none of them will talk to you outside of school. They invite others on hangouts and you arent even a consideration. Being different makes you realize youre lonely.
I can relate to this. Its like the friends i have are artificial. Yeah we talk and hang during school, but outside of school its like our friendship doesnt exist. Maybe they just arent the people for me, or maybe i just havent been able to/cant make those types of sincere, actual connections and relationships

I was so close this time so fucking close to ending this vicious cycle of loneliness and depression. I did everything I was supposed to I hopped on self improvement, I started focusing on myself and hitting the gym and as I learned to love myself I began to pull myself out of the pit I was in and my confidence skyrocketed. Then I met this girl and we clicked instantly and I fell head over heels for her. I’ll spare the details and cut to the end. She left and stole a solid chunk of my confidence and the remaining hope of finding love I had left in me. That was months ago and the funny thing is I don’t even miss her anymore, just the idea of her. Im so tired of being alone and despite my best efforts I sit here in this comment section on Christmas Day alone and back in that pit. I dream of the day I can look in the mirror and confidently say I’ve made it.

After years of it your brain slowly rewires itself, adapting to that kind of life and it’s pretty much impossible to reverse. It’s like trying to scratch an itch just out of reach. On a positive note, life happens very quickly, making everything, even your loneliness temporary. We come from nothing and before you know it you will return to nothing. In the meantime , hang in there.

I’m 17, turning 18 in 1 week and a half I feel this every single day. I have friends and family but everyday i have no one texting me or calling me for anything. Had this one girl who was my best friend 2 years ago, she left me, she’s all I’ve ever think about til this day, I just don’t know how to explain how I feel, I can’t really fix this, she’s in a relationship and I cannot go back to her neither do I want to, either way enough about that but. I have 0 clue what to do everyday is the same, School,Gym, Eat, Shower, Sleep.

I been going through this for 10 years. Most of my bestfriends moved on with other people even someone i knew since preschool. I don't understand how someone can just throw me away like i never existed. I havent had a gf either in like 10 years an one i had before we were together for 2 but she cheated on me so i gave it up. I never had a father growing up an tbh the only person i talk to is my mother that's it. I see couples an i wander what its like to be happy again. Hopefully all of us will find happiness again.

Guys, as men, we do feel lonely and trash and modern media(often toxic women) villainize us for just being men...but don't cry, not because of the reasons like "men/boys don't cry"...don't cry because it's our duty as a man to be the strong one by not shedding tears and instead offering shoulders to people we love when they feel in distress and feel like crying.... take pride in the fact that we are taking over the burden and hardships of life and are trying to overcome it in order to become successful so we can see the smile on our mother's face(or people who u truly love and care for) ....and when she tells you how proud of you she is after you've made it....that's when u can afford to cry...with tears of happiness and fulfillment... it'll all be worth it, stay strong boys.
