Ahmed Kamal I made the cake batter, then in a black iron skillet I melted a stick of butter and 1cup of brown sugar cooked this on top of the stove until just dissolved and then lay canned pineapple rings on top of the brown sugar mixture.... stove turned off ...you can also chop some nuts, walnuts or the kind you like about a cups worth... added on top of the pineapple then pour your cake batter on top of all that .... bake at 350 F. Until batter is completely done. Take out of oven let sit for 10minutes and place a dish bigger than the skillet on top of skillet and turn it upside down on the dish. There you have it... beautiful pineapple upside down cake. I hope this made sense . 😊

I just made the cake and is very tasty. Very clear step by step instruction. I follow exactly the instructions except I changed the pan size with the amount of ingredients proportionately to area of pan.
I tried yesterday, it was awesome.. Added 1 tsp ovalette. Thanks for the recipe. However, i set 180 degree Celsius in 50 minutes. However, the top and bottom become so darker while inside not yet well cooked.. So, how can i adjust that? What about upper and lower heating? And what about fan. Because my oven has all that function. Appreciate you advice.
Turns out she didn't need the gloves, beautiful cake..but why cut the crusts off..? They looked yummy., l would have covered it in a real Vanilla frosting, and sprinkled fresh raspberries over,☕ coffee anyone?

I just made the cake and is very tasty. Very clear step by step instruction. I follow exactly the instructions except I changed the pan size with the amount of ingredients proportionately to area of pan.

I tried yesterday, it was awesome.. Added 1 tsp ovalette. Thanks for the recipe. However, i set 180 degree Celsius in 50 minutes. However, the top and bottom become so darker while inside not yet well cooked.. So, how can i adjust that? What about upper and lower heating? And what about fan. Because my oven has all that function. Appreciate you advice.

Turns out she didn't need the gloves, beautiful cake..but why cut the crusts off..? They looked yummy., l would have covered it in a real Vanilla frosting, and sprinkled fresh raspberries over,☕ coffee anyone?
