The most awaited Incarnon weapon of week six is without a doubt the Stalker's signature weapon, the Dread Bow. Today we'll have a look at how the weapon functions, what kind of benefits we gain by installing the incarnon adapters, what evolutions to pick, what works what doesn't and what kind of performance you can expect in High level Steel Path Circuit with the Incarnon Dread.
While the Incarnon form of the Dread may bear a lot of similarities to the Incarnon for of the Paris, it falls short of it on performance and that has never happened before in Warframe. The Duviri Paradox has changed that. Take it as you will.

Update on the Coup de Grace evolution Functionality.
In Order to enable its functionality you have to have the Hate and the Despair Equipped. Obviously this will not work for a lot of you or in Steel Path Circuit. ruclips.net/video/zLpIt3BaxAo/видео.html
Apparently there is a picture of the Hate & Despair on the Coup De Grace Talent.

One thing I've noticed is that Coup De Grace isn't 100% broken right now, it seems to work some of the time if you also have the Despair and Hate equipped. It's still inconsistent even then but just something to note.
Bugs in Warframe? Nonsense.
As long as there is no indication of how to activate the talent than it can be nothing but 100% broken.

Appreciate to work man. Always had a special place in my heart for all the bows so even if there was mild disappointment was getting it regardless.
After the bug fix the Atomos is quite powerful now. Even without the incarnon form is on par with the Kuva Nukor probably

As a Dread fan, I'm glad it got this incarnon, now I'm having all the fun I want, with my most used weapon.

Something I noticed about Coup De Grace is that it has the same kind of icon as Despair and Hate have for their Stalker themed upgrade (with the other 2 weapons in the set equipped), so maybe Coup De Grace only works when you have Despair and Hate equipped, and they just didnt mention/forgot about it? Or maybe they just stuck it on there while they thought about what its Stalker upgrade would actually do, and used 'its bugged' as an excuse
I've only played a bit of it but it seems like a really good pair for mag. Infinite body punch through and Magnetize are always great. Don't have the paris incarnon mostly because I didn't feel like rebuilding the paris so this works.
Lets be honest with ourselves, DE always intended Bows to be stealth/assassin weapons then they made the Lens which had exploding arrows. Then Natuak, another Rambo bow with exploding arrows. DE spoiled players with the Braton and Lex Prime incanons, then surprised us with the infested incarnon weapons Torid and arguably the best side arm in the game Dual Toxist incarnon.
They gave us the Prisma Lenz less than 2 weeks ago to give us that AOE feel like Rambo exploding Bow. I'm not mad that the Dread doesn't insta kill everything on screen I'm upset that the Dread isn't auto red crit with every shot. The Dread should have the highest base crit of any weapon in the game when incarnon.

I've had my dread riven for about 3 or more years now. Mine has +250% crit chance +38% status chance. And -47% status duration. I've tried rerolling for better, but nothing so far. But the dreads been my favorite bow for years. So I had to instantly pick up the incarnon for it today.
Status duration dont matter when the first proc goes straight for their arteries xD
i wasnt planning on picking dread because there are already so many good bows
I’m so happy we have the incarnon dread! Dread is still my most used weapon even after all this time because as a new players it’s all I used with my mag, still love that warframe and weapon combo and love this incarnon dread

If you hit a target and the impact damage reduces its health to half and gets a slash proc, would the slash proc get the 100% damage from the second perc? Only one shot was fired

Yeah not surprised. It's the weapons most anticipated that fall flat. I just hope the hate isn't disappointing cause I have an insane riven for it
Only reason I didn't get hate is because one of the evolutions actually requires you to have despair and dread equipped in order to make full use of it and you can only get 2 of the incarnon adaptors at a time so I'd be sitting with 2 of 3 weapons incarnon mode.
@@umbranassassin8372 Yes but it doesn’t require you to have the incarnon variants. As long as all three weapons are equipped you will receive the bonus.
@@HunterKillvo2 Yes I know that, my problem is that I don't like having to 1) recraft hate and despair for the incarnons as opposed to just 1 weapon(a non- issue sure but it bugs me for reasons 2 and 3.) 2) I'd be forced to have the very specific set in order to maximize 1 weapon, and 3) at least for this week, be sitting with only 2 of 3 weapons as incarnons while the despair is basically just there useless to me.

I feel like the max ammo upgrades are suppose to affect the incarnon mode cause most of the weapons that the upgrade shows up on never actually need it.

Aw man... You got me all excited when you compared it to the Fluctus. I thought you were going to say infinite terrain punch through, now that would have been a gimmick worthy of an "end game" Incarnon weapon. I might skip this one, maybe try a melee for once.

Yeah, but bows are usually used for their unique feeling.
Also how does this (and Paris) compare to Nataruk? I love the Nataruk, but feel like there is little point to other bows outside of personal preferences and feel. Also 4 inbuilt V polarities on Nataruk are just a cherry on top of an already amazing wpn.

I have a 200+%CC and damage riven for it but negative flight speed so evolutions are a no brainer

They shoud make it shoot a big blade that cuts like the incarnon form of the boltor the dread is know to be a slash machine
Ima get it cuz i used to use dread all the time but now i just use the kuva tonkor or aoe weapons

As expected from the datamined numbers, it is pretty underwhelming overall. If you are a bow andy, I believe it can be carried by a good riven,if you are not already into the paris prime.
yeah my riven makes this better than the paris prime incarnon atm for me. Kinda sad its thee same gimick projectile.

Sure, I don't usually recommend it because of the way the stats drop off. I rather use the normal Argon Scope.

I have the paris incarnon with a riven but that riven is garbage. I got a double crit with grineer damage riven for dread. Cant wait to see them red crit slash procs.

In the headshot build would it be worth using Galvanized Scope to get to higher tier crits for better slash procs?

Huh, I thought the dread it was supposed to have a guiding projectile mechanic like the Tenant Envoy did. At least that's what the datamined stats describe.

@@LeyzarGamingViews I'm guessing they had issues with it during play tests and probably needed to simplify it so it can be released. We've already seen some of the weapons not functioning entirely like this should so this must have been a problem for them.
I’ve gotten a dread riven that i wanted to sell +148.5% CD +173.6% CC +219% Dmg and +87.6% Weapon Recoil i was soo lucky to pull that roll of with just 4 rolls but now i dont want to sell it ever! DREAD IS BROKEN 4 me rn

Incarnon modes shots don't work right with zephyrs tornados they don't crit only do raw damage if you shoot them

Kuva Bramna Incarnon will be Ammo, Ammo mutation, Ammo magazine, Ammo on multi kill ... which is probably the only bad thing bramma has... hehe

so the dread is still just the budget version of the Nataruk... and considering you must have the Nataruk before you can access the SP circuit it's not even a "use this until you get the better version" it's unfortunate.

You see, the dread is easier to use and more consistent. I would not consider it a budget Nataruk.
I don't really feel like this is underwhelming, this is just generally a good weapon, reminds me of the Phenmor. Gonna pick this one up for sure.
Primary Deadhead gives a greater bonus of 360% damage on headshot kills. Aside from not needing to killing headshots, is there any other benefit to using Longbow over Deadhead?

So i got mine, did the solo, there i got hundreds of thousands on headshot, activated incarnon and got 58k instead. Well, that was underwhelming :D
I augmented my paris prime and it feels like the incarnon form actually nerfs it

Love games that tell me I did Enough damage, 5x10x20x to kill the NPC enough to Leave a LARGE HOLE and 1/2 the wall GONE, and everything in that SPOT should be gone....But isnt.
But you only get Orange not red colors. BECAUSE you have to raise the Crit damage, 3+ to get upto red?
Consider that when you use arch weapons.

I used to have a dread riven, had +SC +CC +CD with a harmless neg, sold it for only 200p like 3 years ago, without that this'll basically just be edgy paris prime, how disappointing

Soma in Incarnon and also regular isn’t that bad. Dunno why people underestimate it so much.
Yeah it’s not that it’s bad at all, it’s just that other incarnons like the Braton and Burston make it look mid in comparison. Like it’s definitely in the NBA, but it’s not Lebron or Steph. I still love it tho, and idk… the incarnon form feels like it still does more damage, despite the crit chance increase.

Oh man, that's a bummer, first the atomos, then the soma, and now the dread is getting shafted? Poor nostolgia fans. Was really hoping for something unique on the dread as well.

This is a critical bow not damage base bow the force is based off your critical %and critical dmg
Because it's literally the same thing as the Paris.
I don’t know what wrong with mine, but my Normal dread seems to one shot 120 steel path corrupted heavy gunners with ease (1 tick of slash insta kills them), but the moment I activate the incarnon the whole thing falls apart. Suddenly it take 2 shots and with multiple slash procs (or of I am lucky, 1 shot it with a lot of slash ticks before they die).
I’m just a little disappointed I guess

Atleast Despair incarnon better than Kunai Incarnon. Kinda dissappointed with Dread not as good as Paris Prime Incarnon
