Ginger: 1 inch
Cloves of garlic: 11 nos.
Tomato: 2 nos.
Sichuan pepper: 1 teaspoon (roasted)
Spring onion/scallions: chopped 1 handful
Salt: as per taste
Hot water: 1300 ml/add as per requirement
