I'm really want to cry how Warsaw is a beautiful City. In addition during WWII 80% Warsaw has been destroyed.
Before it was beautiful like Prague, Vienna, Paris, but now...
It is a wonderful city nonetheless! It still is..

Warsaw used to be amazing before its destruction, now it's an uglier shadow of its former self sadly. But Budapest is truly amazing tho, you Magyars are lucky unlike us.

@@teczowyjednorozec7829 Jak te Janusze uwielbiają pluć we własne gniazdo. Akurat Budapeszt w porównaniu z W-wą jest zatęchła dziurą, tylko na obrazkach pozornie piękną. Owszem, zachowało się więcej zabytków i historyczny układ przestrzenny, ale za to brud i smród, a wiele starych kamienic mimo ładnej fasady w złym stanie od środka czy podwórza.
A blokowiska też są, a domki prywatne na obrzeżach są biedniejsze i gorsze od polskich.

My city, beautiful and modern, and 74 years ago it was completely destroyed, many people say that warsaw is ugly, but we are proud of the history and how Warsaw looks like now!

I love Poland and the Polish people. Lived there from 1948, 12 year old as a refugee from the war torn Aegean Greek occupied Macedonia, and left at 19 in 1955 to join rest of my family in Canada.

We have to roll our sleeves up and insist on municipal authorities to do so before it's too late and every single plot will be built up with modern, bland and nondescript architectural crap. Of course I am not against modern architecture in general, but there are very few examples of eye-catching and remarkable buildings nowadays.
Man this city has it all! Very beautiful capital. I'd might go and work there a year or two just to get the sense of it. How can you not love Europe?
