I always wanted to go to Germany..especially Munich. I went for the first time 2 years ago and the minute I set foot in the city I felt like I belonged. Yes I am from the U.S but I fell in love with it there and have been back 5 times. Just got back 2 weeks ago and am going back in May. What an amazing city
jeffbatpa24 I'm going to move to Munich for college in a few weeks, but I dream of living in the US....Seems like we were born in the wrong country 😂. I'm still greatful to live in Germany tho, so don't get me wrong.

I have never been in Munich, but I have been in HAMBURG and BERLIN. In Greece my best friends were Germans. And I am Serbian woman.The nicest people, the people that always helped me are German people including Swiss man. No wonder everybody wants to live in Germany. Your video is breathtaking. Had no idea about the beauty of Munich. Thank You.

The Alps and Beautiful lakes like Tegernsee and so on are just next to the door.

Munich is such an exciting city! There are so many things to see and do no matter when you come here. Its transportation modes are amazing --Strassenbahn (Tram), U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Bus make it possible to criss-cross the length and breadth of the city so easily. Just buy the 3-day Tageskarte, you can then travel for 3 days to any part of the city using any modes of transportation. There are so many markets (Viktuelenmarkt, one that comes to my mind), innumerable bierhalls and museums to visit like Deutsches Museum, Pinakothek, Residenz, Glyptothek and exciting places to go, like Chinesisches Turm in English Garden (with its own Biergarten), Schwabing, Nymphenburg castle, and the very-popular Glockenspiel square Marienplatz. Indeed, no one can get bored with Munich. you will always find there something to suit your taste. Yes, Munich is truly "eine Stadt mit Herz", alive and friendly.
As a european I really love how green our cities are compared to other places in the world.

Im from the US and im proud on how new york became a concrete jungle where skyscrapers show us how much we progressed by their height. And i really love European cities because how old it is, and its really beautiful it is there.
Just a reminder that American cities are american culture based like European cities as we were born near the industrial revolution where everything including buildings changed so no saying “american cities have no culture”

I highly recommend you to visit this city in spring or summer. In Winter/autumn season the sun doesn't look up, and it's cloudy and yeah the atmosphere isn't the best (unless you visit it in Christmastime, then you have to visit the Christmas market)

i'm from saarland and i've been to munich 3 times so far. i've been to the alianz arena twice with my father, we drove an extra 4 hours by car to see a game of fc bayern munich and it was really worth it and another time i went to the munich hofbräuhaus with my mother and my father to eat something and it tasted really really good and i always thought it was really nice to be in munich. i would go to munich again any time.😍😊👍🏻
