- Day 3 of my Pilates Reformer Workout Challenge - brand new for 2024! Each of the 7 daily videos contains an express workout that covers the whole body - some workouts a little more spice in certain areas. You can do these workouts daily, or pace yourself and space them out. No props are required, and they are appropriate for all levels.
Today's workout covers the whole body, with some unilateral work to challenge core stability and limb strength.

Reformer planks are harder than I remember!! Thanks for making us work, Melanie! 🖤🖤 (PS. I was lazy and didn’t remove the foot bar on my aeropilates, but it was totally fine!)

Haha the abs from day 2 😂 like so many others have mentioned. Theyre definitely feeling it today. Another great workout....although I wont be demonstrating cat cow in yoga class today. This cow is still feeling it! 😅
