Transfer Case Fluid Change on a Jeep Rubicon 392

- The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 has a unique transfer case that is not found in other model Jeep Wranglers. An increasing number of owners have been reporting that their transfer cases have been failing. Many owners have also been reporting that their transfer cases came with a low amount of fluid from the factory and that this could potentially be the cause of these failures. This prompted me to perform a fluid change of my Rubicon 392's transfer case and see if it was in fact, low on fluid.
What you'll need to do this task as it was performed in the video:
3 quarts (not 2 as it states at the beginning of the video) of Mopar ATF+4, or any ATF+4 that meets or exceeds material spec MS-9602: amzn.to/3RmLS58

can one use carb cleaner instead of brake cleaner? just trying to save time going to the store. lol
Yes. It’s actually a little bit stronger usually.
Any issues since the refill?
No issues. No lights. It’s been running great!
