One of them was fond of the members named Seohyun and Taeyeon. I couldn't help it, and began searching about them. It's kinda hard to memorize all of them, and I think Taeyeon captured my attention when she was covering Hush Hush. I increasingly admired her when she sang a song titled Devil's Cry :D. Hahaha... sorry, I talk too much :D

just another KPOP PEN there was a back track added for certain parts that overlap each other. And also the bridge and last chorus while she did the ad-libs. So yes back track was needed or it would just be flat out weird for her to be hitting all these high notes in the last chorus but no one is singing the last chorus. Make sense?
daydream I think sketchbook only uses background singers when they perform with the live band. Now if taeyeon performed with the live band instead of with the instrumental. I think they would have gave her background singers. But since you brought that up. I kind of want a version performed with a live band and background singers. I feel like it would give the song a slightly different feel. :)
daydream yes! Especially during the slow parts with just the guitar. That would be beautiful. Like I truly wish the producers invite her to sing on immortal songs. I feel like that would be THEE standout performance if her career. She gets the full live band she gets to rearrange a classic song and sing it her way. nah i disagree with your opinion. imo hyorin sounds too strained and sometimes uncomfortable to listen to. taeyeon is also strained, and ailee makes me tired to listen to her repeatedly. the only powerful female kpop vocalist i really enjoy to listen to is Jooyi from RaNia
I feel like this is the best performance for Fine. In fact, I can tell that all three songs she sang at YHY Sketchbook seems to be the best. She seem so relaxed and being herself when she sang all three songs. Love her so much T^T

Sketchbook has the best audio setup for live performances. Other shows, even if say, YB or other bands were to perform they have to use pre-recorded music. Sketchbook has a great house band and audio system for live music
for me, Taeyeon is the best of all the vocalists I've heard. i know it's totally a biased opinion but her voice is doing something on me. i am not just impressed everytime she sings but she's creeping inside my heart and soul and she makes me feel all the heartbreaks and pains and happiness that every song conveys when she sing 'em.

I think that ailee, hyorin, taeyeon and IU are my favourite vocals it's impossible to rank them because they are so different. just appreciate the good music.. once you are of a certain high level in terms of skills, the only difference is the uniqueness of your voice. so stop.comparing
Jadey Bubbletea should remove iu from those list , she is far behind others technically. she can't support anything above 4 octave & mostly talking rather than singing

Even tho talking, whispering and humming are IU's style of singing but the girl still sounds unique when she sings...sometimes vocal colors matter more than techniques or else ailee and hyorin could have been more relevant than IU and taeyeon. I like taeyeon and IU better because their voice colors are more my type than ailee and hyorin. I don't judge them based on how high they can hit notes but I prefer the emotions they exude.

I been a fan of snsd since 07 and a taeyeon stan since 2008 and I don't think anyone that is not a sone since then can fully grasp what I'm gonna say but the first time I ever heard her sing live alone was when she promoted her first popular ost and ever since then I would always wish that she would release a solo album for NINE years I wanted her to do a full album and I would patiently wait, enjoying snsd music and the few songs that she would release that would show case her vocals fast forward to now I am so so happy that she finally got to release a full album I feel so happy when she releases new song and despite being 25 and having a life lol i still find time to watch ALL of her performances and I cry watching some of them. It feels like a dream even tho it's been two years since soloist taeng came out it still feels surreal and I can't have enough of it! I grew up with snsd and being a taeyeon stan from 16- till now 25 and I am so happy that she makes music that her older stans can listen to not that I wouldn't jam to another gee or me gustas tu Lol but this seems more personal and I love it specially her high notes haha . Thanks to soshi9 and our kid leader for the amazing 10 years.
Despite all the controversies surrounding taeyeon I still am persuaded to stan her. I can absolutely see her confidence on stage and her star quality is overwhelming. I admire her more because she's been in this industry for so long and in snsd she's done nearly everything with them. She's like an overwhelming presence, literally a queen on stage. Not to say how great her voice is and her songs are every single time.

I feel like this is the best performance for Fine. In fact, I can tell that all three songs she sang at YHY Sketchbook seems to be the best. She seem so relaxed and being herself when she sang all three songs. Love her so much T^T

for me, Taeyeon is the best of all the vocalists I've heard. i know it's totally a biased opinion but her voice is doing something on me. i am not just impressed everytime she sings but she's creeping inside my heart and soul and she makes me feel all the heartbreaks and pains and happiness that every song conveys when she sing 'em.

why do everyone like to compare. I think that ailee, hyorin, taeyeon and IU are my favourite vocals it's impossible to rank them because they are so different. just appreciate the good music..
once you are of a certain high level in terms of skills, the only difference is the uniqueness of your voice. so stop.comparing
Jadey Bubbletea should remove iu from those list , she is far behind others technically. she can't support anything above 4 octave & mostly talking rather than singing
see... perfect example of people who likes to trash others. you wonder why people always compared ailee and hyorin to taeyeon yet keep trashing IU every chances you got. Even tho talking, whispering and humming are IU's style of singing but the girl still sounds unique when she sings...sometimes vocal colors matter more than techniques or else ailee and hyorin could have been more relevant than IU and taeyeon. I like taeyeon and IU better because their voice colors are more my type than ailee and hyorin. I don't judge them based on how high they can hit notes but I prefer the emotions they exude.
shu shi the difference between Taeyeon & IU is taeyeon actually has solid singing skills just like ailee & hyorin.
iU is similar to twice. low skills but popular. or like Taylor Swift , Selena Gomez

Jadey Bubbletea iu trick everyone & their mother into thinking she is great singer with 3 ( strained ) high notes. there is a reason why IU never wrote / compose a vocally challenging song for herself to sing because she knows her limit.

I been a fan of snsd since 07 and a taeyeon stan since 2008 and I don't think anyone that is not a sone since then can fully grasp what I'm gonna say but the first time I ever heard her sing live alone was when she promoted her first popular ost and ever since then I would always wish that she would release a solo album for NINE years I wanted her to do a full album and I would patiently wait, enjoying snsd music and the few songs that she would release that would show case her vocals fast forward to now I am so so happy that she finally got to release a full album I feel so happy when she releases new song and despite being 25 and having a life lol i still find time to watch ALL of her performances and I cry watching some of them. It feels like a dream even tho it's been two years since soloist taeng came out it still feels surreal and I can't have enough of it! I grew up with snsd and being a taeyeon stan from 16- till now 25 and I am so happy that she makes music that her older stans can listen to not that I wouldn't jam to another gee or me gustas tu Lol but this seems more personal and I love it specially her high notes haha . Thanks to soshi9 and our kid leader for the amazing 10 years.

Despite all the controversies surrounding taeyeon I still am persuaded to stan her. I can absolutely see her confidence on stage and her star quality is overwhelming. I admire her more because she's been in this industry for so long and in snsd she's done nearly everything with them. She's like an overwhelming presence, literally a queen on stage. Not to say how great her voice is and her songs are every single time.
