C63 Dash Cam at Daytona International Speedway during OLOA2013

I mounted this GoPro on the dash of the Critz Auto Group sponsored AMG C63 Mercedes-Benz for the purpose of showing how much a difference the Royal Purple XPR-40 oil and our AutoTech Racing closeout panel made. You can see the oil temps rarely rise above 230 degrees and the oil rapidly cools when the car is accelerating in clean airflow, indicating the closeout panel is forcing airflow through the front heat exchangers and not over the top of the radiator support.
The video was shot at Daytona International Speedway during the One Lap of America event. At this point this Royal Purple Oil Change had logged 1800 miles of street driving, our NOLA test, and five different track events of WOT hard driving, equaling nearly 127 miles of abuse.
Its clear that changing from the Mobil1 factory spec oil makes a HUGE difference. Not once during the OLOA2013 event did we need to add any oil or did we notice any consumption of such. Our Weistec oil/air separator only accumulated a small amount, less than a half-ounce during the entire event.
