Then I realized it was feathers from everyone ripping their winter coats open. I was so amazed like how they even think of this crap. And I've never seen that again since. Penn state whiteout and 700 level at the vet seem like something everyone has to do once in life. Why it broke my heart losing that dump.

I’m a Diehard Minnesota Gopher fan but this has gotta the best atmosphere in college football period. I can’t imagine the adrenaline rush those guys get walking from the locker rooms and running onto the field with over 100k fans cheering you on

I've been to OSU red outs and night games, Michigan yellow outs and night games...OSU has a pretty darn good atmosphere (just not the same as PSU, especially the tailgating scene and their Red Out is nothing like the White Out)...Michigan's atmosphere is HIGHLY overrated. Quiet atmosphere for its stadium size, but still pretty cool. I've also been to Wisconsin night game and Iowa Kinnick stadium night game. Both really good atmospheres...both better than Michigan IMO, Kinnick Stadium probably eeks out my experience compared to Wisconsin.
