Hi Zsolt - as a long time management consultant who has done a lot of strategy work, I'd like to say this approach and your explanation of it are excellent. Well done! This can absolutely get people going and provides a robust approach to thinking through all the aspects of good strategy. Thanks for all your efforts to develop tools, promote visual thinking, evolve PKM and share your insights all in the goal of better managing and leveraging knowledge. It's great to see your subscribers growing.
Thank you very much, this is very helpful! Questions: Where can I find the icon set which includes the "metronome" and the "Avoid direct rivalry" icons?

Your question is very timely. It prompted me to revisit the template I filled out for Visual PKM. In short, the answer is yes, but truth is always slightly more nuanced than that. I believe in commitment and self-priming, but not action tracking. By self-priming I mean, I believe when we articulate visions, approaches, strategies or targets for ourselves, our minds will take those statements and treat them as patterns... Then we will spot and take opportunities that match those patterns. Therefore yes, now that I have revisited the worksheet from March 2024, I can confirm I am executing the strategy I laid out for myself, even though I haven't checked what is in the document on a regular basis.
@@VisualPKM I really appreciate your response, but I can’t really picture what you are saying, I can just vaguely interpret it. Would you be able to respond with a dumbed down response as if you were explaining it to a child?

Did you personally adopt this approach and if so are you still using it now?
