amzn.to/3LhGUQU I wanted to test to see just how well these can Knipex wrench pliers worked. I have to say I'm very impressed with how well they performed.
Thing is the jaws of a traditional wrench will start to bend as you apply more torque, and might even break. With the pliers wrench, the more you torque it the more force it applies to the jaws thus preventing jaw separation.
It's not necessarily just nuts and bolts. It's also pipe fittings and cable glands where you need decent jaw openings but won't need to apply huge torque.
@@ShopRamblings it was a suggestion. You went out of your way to make a video on utube a tool that strips and brakes bolts isn’t vary appealing. A couple grade 8 witch are a few cents at any hardware store would fix that.
That's an impressive demonstration. Subbed.
Thanks

Traditional combination wrench is still easier to use in tight spots.
Great point!
Gotta carry a lot of wrenches to equal all the sizes these fit
Дуже наглядно та переконливо!
Дякую за цікаве та пізнавальне порівняння!
Thanks
You should do a comparison with the Harbor Freight version. Hey, $40 less for the 10in, so...?
That is a good idea.
WOOOOW he got a new tool , been using that one for 50 years 😖😖🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂
I had not heard of them before a few years ago.
Lets do the math how have they been around for 50yrs if they they were invented in 1994? Cnt speak on something if you dnt have facts to back it up

Use grade 8 and it won’t strip.
I don't have much need for grade 8 bolts in a wood work.
