Why do young people drink so much coffee and pay a fortune for it?!!! I never see people carry a flask but they are quite happy to buy an expensive water bottle.
Real wealth is the ability to have more than 2 kids if desired, living on a single income, property, and the freedom of doing whatever the fuck you want and when you want. Medium sized business owners are the only ones I’ve seen able to do that. CEOs, doctors, small and large business owners, lawyers all lack time while everyone else lacks cash flow. Medium sized business owners aren’t too small where they have to do everything themselves and nor are they too big in which they have to keep reeling in investors and growing the company to stay ahead.
Very well said - i work for two owners of a small/medium sized business and they are constantly traveling with their family, but aren’t needing to be as hands-on with the business. They’ve done this for about 10 years now
I agree completely. My wife and I are both nurses in the US and make significantly more than Liam and his wife, but we’re facing the potential of possibly having to pay $2500 a month for child care next year due to limited availability of pre kindergarten class spots in our school district. We’re in this strange in between income in which we would lose more money if one of us worked part time. Supporting a family on a single income would be true luxury. On the upside we are financially stable enough to squeak by if we had to, which is not a level of security that everyone has
Real experience: Buying coffee beans from the supermarket or even the artisan, single-origin, better-quality ones would cost between 5 and 10 Euros per bag. Maybe in the UK is a bit more expensive but a single, 1kg bag would make numerous cups of coffee, comparing to the 3 and 4 Euro coffee you get from Costa or other quality brands. Even if you buy the espresso machine, either a tabletop one for 300 pounds or a built-in on for 2000 pounds, you break even with your "investment" very quickly
Why do these guys think we all work in offices and can ‘negotiate’ a pay rise? I, a skilled worker but get paid a salary along with thousands of others doing the same job. Our union negotiates our pay rises not us as individuals. These people need to realise that!
The current market/economy is unnecessarily tougher for boomers/senior citizens, I’m used to just buying and holding assets which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.
Yes, gold is a great investment and a good bet against the devaluating dollar, been holding some for awhile now, I’m grateful my adviser’s moment by moment changes in the market are lightening quick, cos who know how much losses I would’ve had by now.
I envy you, I’m still trying to recover from losses I incurred in 2021/2022, who is this investment adviser you work with, I’m intrigued and I could use some quality guidance

£10 a day on lunch! What the hell! What is the point in saving £85 on a phone bill and then spending £200 a month on just lunches… your monthly lunch cost could be like £40 if you just made it yourself 🤣 practice what you preach
uk student finances is a joke generally. Paying it back early only matters if you're making so much money that it taking 4% of anything over 29k is actually starting to affect you. After 30 years or so it gets removed anyways.
I thought that. Preaching to us about saving money and then spends A LOT on rent. I know London is expensivd but come on...with an income of £130k a year, you could easily buy if you wanted to.
@@robertstacey5685 I guess in an incredibly narrow scenario, your comment makes sense. In the real world for 95% of the population, that is complete horsesh*t. 😂
nope, a lot of people who have money do rent because it's mathematically cheaper to do so. Buying comes with a ton of hidden costs and a lot of upkeep. People think it's "buy house and you're done forever" when really you can get away with renting for a while and just wait until you find the house for you. You also have to take into account that he lives around London, why would he want to buy a house that if he went literally anywhere else would cost 1/3 if not 1/4th of the price.
Cutting daily coffee spending sounds great until you love your coffee runs as much as I do. ☕💔 Do you think cutting these habits really works long-term or just creates misery?
If had a £ for every time I hear about earning more money but then people increasing their spending on new car ectc. Wish I had the luxury of playing what you do travel but employer changed location I'm my final year of excess fares. I pay maximum into pension and employer makes a contribution. Your in correct in shopping around when contracts are up for renewal. I shaved over £100 per month on energy for my home. My employer doesn't have pay freedom your does and won't do individual pay deals
Can I add number 6, please. Paying soneone else mortgage off to the tune of £50k per year! You'd be far better off paying the 3k travel cost and buying a home.
!!!I am at the beginning of my "investment journey", planning to put 385K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% annually in dividend returns. any good recommendation on great performing stocks or Crypto will be appreciated.
As a newbie investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Ruth Ann Tsakonas is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
I managed to grow a nest egg of around 120k to over a Million. I'm especially grateful to Adviser Ruth Ann Tsakonas, for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.
I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $200k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.
Without a doubt! Ruth Ann Tsakonas is a trader who goes above and beyond. she has an exceptional skill for analysing market movements and spotting profitable opportunities. Her strategies are meticulously crafted on thorough research and years of practical experience..
how would you recommend i enter the crypto market? I am also looking at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What's your take on this approach? and How can i reach her, if you don't mind me asking?
Thanks a lot for this. The year is already coming to an end and I know a lot of people are depressed that they did not do well this year but this is Me trying to encourage you that it's not late. My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.
I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.
I know Larysa Caba. she trades for everyone I meet. I met her twice at a meeting in Germany and after her lectures from Ella I had to personally ask her to be my financial advisor. she is definitely good.
I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I don't normally comment on videos, but this word should be included. she is really cool.
£10 a day on lunches is being frugal?? You london folk are mad! Make a packed lunch for a couple of quid a day!
Buy yf own coffee and put in travel mug saves a fortune. At least 120 a WEEK.

This is actually a pretty good video, besides some minor details, I found it quite helpful.
Thank you. Basically it is quite simple to save money day by day.

Just buy and invest in Gold or other reliable stock , the government has failed us and we cant keep living like this.

Liam, please will you explain why you choose to rent rather than buy?
nice ways... lately I really explosed my budgets and might try to go back to a more frugal way of life ^^"
Hi
I'm about to start a level 7 solicitor apprenticeship with a major law firm in the United Kingdom. What advice would you give if any?

£40 for 30 lunches what are you eating, cereal?
Or 20 even
who TF cares what class you're in? manage your money properly, no matter how much you have, and you should be able to have a good life.
Hey Liam which funds do you pick in IE particularly for pension? I think Global All Cap is best right?
What about student finance. Do you have it and have you decided to pay off early to avoid the interest? What's your thoughts on that?
uk student finances is a joke generally. Paying it back early only matters if you're making so much money that it taking 4% of anything over 29k is actually starting to affect you. After 30 years or so it gets removed anyways.
£10k a year on holidays.... 😒
In other words do what people have been preaching for years and live well within your means and don't spend it on the trappings of modern society
Earns £130k after tax and they both rent. This doesn’t compute……. 😂…. system Error…… 🔥🔥🔥💥💀
I thought that. Preaching to us about saving money and then spends A LOT on rent. I know London is expensivd but come on...with an income of £130k a year, you could easily buy if you wanted to.
Even some millionaires rent. Not everyone needs to own their own home. They will buy when they think it is the right time for them
