I am starting a time-management and goal setting coaching service and am currently in the planning stage. I am a music teacher teaching guitar, bass, ukulele, and drums, and I want to expand and do more. I teach a range of students from primary/high school kids to business owners and CEOs, and I realised I have a passion for helping people achieve their goals and manage their time. After watching your videos for the last year now, I have learnt so much and am very excited to start this next chapter of life! One of the problems is with exercise and certain tasks myself included was building them around specific times rather than adjusting them to fit the routine.

It's not true that your 20s set the direction for your life. You can change your direction anytime you want. Throughout your life keep learning and reflecting and make considered, informed choices and decisions.
