Most of the stuff that will really change your life takes effort - exercise, focused work, communicating more. But I’ve found that there are at least 24 ways to effortlessly improve your life - they are easy habits that will improve your finances, relationships, career and health with only very small changes to your daily life.
So, as it’s 2024, in this video, I’m sharing 24 life-changing habits that will radically improve your year 👌
So, my challenge to you is to implement a couple of these habits into your life each week for the next month or two. Because of the power of compounding, making more and more of these small improvements will actually lead to noticeable changes in what you’re achieving and how you’re feeling 🫶

    About Me
I'm a lawyer, part-time RUclipsr, son, brother, startup founder, fiancé, black coffee drinker and plant dad. I graduated from Cambridge University (where I studied French and Spanish), topped my law school class and now work for a corporate law firm in London as a trainee solicitor (which takes up a lot of my time)!
Around that, I'm a big fan of discovering new ways of thinking, of balancing work with life, and of performing to the very best of my ability. Ohh, and being happy. And I try to share all that on this RUclips channel 😀
Fun fact: I believe we massively overplay the role of “natural talent” 😮 AND… I also believe that TOGETHER, WE ARE ALL CAPABLE OF POSITIVITY, PRODUCTIVITY AND SUCCESS.

Habit #3 Take the extra time - The first boss I had after university always told me to review a document assuming there is at least one error in the document and you need to find it. This has been one of the best pieces of advice I ever received.

This is… actually a really great list!! I just clicked on this assuming it would be a cliche habit video like “go to the gym” or “meditate more” but I actually learnt a heap of new tips, especially career related ones! Thanks dude

Every morning I listen to my playlist of songs which bring me a good mood. No matter how stressing the day ahead will be, I ultimately feel way moor relaxed than before. Highly recommend you trying!

I read about this way of categorising life into four parts: productivity, health, finance, and relationship from James Clear’s - Atomic Habits book and I always wondered why no one used this to categorise their goals and tasks. Nice to see this in implementation today.
    Great video, Liam! ❤

This is a excellent video. I do agree a extended video with more details for each section would be awesome, as it would give us viewers a better understanding and examples for anything we may not have understood. ❤
