These 6 simple habits have, over the last few years, saved me thousands of hours by increasing my focus, helping me to prioritise and cutting out distractions. They all revolve around the fundamental idea that we waste a significant portion of our 17 (ish) waking hours a day on stuff that adds no value to our lives.
Although each of these habits is pretty small, over time, they compound to mean you'll get significantly more done, and spend more of makes you feel happy and fulfilled. So, let's dive in, and let me know what you think down in the comments :)

    About Me
I'm a lawyer, part-time RUclipsr, son, brother, startup founder, fiancé, black coffee drinker and plant dad. I graduated from Cambridge University (where I studied French and Spanish), topped my law school class and now work for a corporate law firm in London as a trainee solicitor (which takes up a lot of my time)!
Around that, I'm a big fan of discovering new ways of thinking, of balancing work with life, and of performing to the very best of my ability. Ohh, and being happy. And I try to share all that on this RUclips channel 😀
Fun fact: I believe we massively overplay the role of “natural talent” 😮 AND… I also believe that TOGETHER, WE ARE ALL CAPABLE OF POSITIVITY, PRODUCTIVITY AND SUCCESS.

Habit 5 is so helpful! I often find it difficult to get started on new tasks because I don't know how to tackle them, but from now on I'm going to use your 3 step method :)

I agreed. These techniques are fantastic for me for a short period of time, like 1-2 days a week. But when I do them everyday, I just feel overloaded with infos.
Plus, my creativity spikes when I don't do any passive consumption (scrolling through socials).

If your life is all about being productive then what's the point of being productive.
After watching more than 100 videos like this I have started to realise these videos work only in ideal world which does not exist.
Be more in moment instead of being more productive.

You need to slow down.Your ways to avoid stress seem so stressful and driven. We are all going to die in the end. Sorry for saying that, and maybe I am wrong: To me you are the perfect incorporation of capitalism's pressure and the corporate mindset. Pressure that comes in the form of efficiency. That said, I think you are a genuinely nice guy. I would just like to transfer you to a greek island and have you learn how to knit and watch the sunset.

So point 1 is terrible, you are constantly stimulating your mind because you are too scared to sit and think peacefully.
That dead time should be quiet reflection
