If you are wondering how to read body language then you've come to the right place. Reading body language is one of the most important skills to cultivate if you want to improve your social life. It allows you to quickly tell how someone is feeling in almost any situation. So today I'm going to go over 30+ signs/movements and do a deep analysis on what each of the mean. This is The Ultimate Body Language Guide.

Some of these are extremely situational and clichees. I believe people usually don't cross their legs while sitting because they are defensive but rather because it's comfortable. And getting comfortable is a sign of confidence. Furthermore crossed legs prevent you from running away so they are unsuited for a stressful situation and very against your instincts.
Women in particular are extremely often seen with crossed legs or legs together no matter the situation. And men usually spread their legs (to not squeeze things). If there are positions that could be categorized as naturally comfortable for resting, then definitely those. And it is not something cultural, you can see it everywhere; you simply search in any search engine for people sitting and you will notice.
You can interpret everything, yes. However you should leave space for things with no deeper meaning.

Tbh I would split all body language into a few things: Distancing (discomfort, stress), Gravity defying (happiness), Gravity following (fear), Self-Sooth (Pacifying, stress), Blocking (fear). These things will appear in small ways, like blocking can be concealing the neck with their chin (face angled downwards), or self-soothe can be a nose touch or scratching of eyebrow. There’s no need to be specific about these, just know what all body language is all about.

I’ve never understood social cues at all or I guess I just never really cared enough.
But other people are big on that type of stuff.
I just have one primary stance which is face forward with feet spread out so I don’t have to turn my head to speak. Or sit with facing forward with my legs open.
People often think I’m trying to fight or that I’m attracted to them.
Not the case at all. I just feel firmly planted and self-confident.
If I’m sitting/standing in a comfortable position why should I have to be moving around every time someone walks in front of me.

Lol does Improvement Pill use stock videos/photos or does he record each segment in the video? Or does he hire someone to do the movements? While he’s talking over that.

It's very interesting because I can, only from watching the actors, intuitively feel how they might feel. It's probably due to evolutionary reasons. Especially at the last segment where the agitated feet are explained, I get a seriously uncomfortable gut feeling.

Hey i just have a question:
When you walk into a room and you don't know anyone there , do you still keep a smile on your face or you just do something else???
Plz give me some answer🥺im desperate

    • @artemissrijan473

I keep a smile. "How are you" is a pretty common conversation starter, and if you know how to keep a conversation flowing, you'll fit in in no time. "What brings you here" is another convo starter.

  • @dillonyong943

I have to say that I don't resonate with the crossed leg sitting behaviour. For me, I tend to quickly get tired of sitting in a chair as opposed to sitting crossed legs on the ground, so I almost always cross one ankle over the other knee. But if someone is sitting next to me on a bench I would never show the bottom of my shoe to them, I find that extremely disrespectful. For example, if someone sat on my left, I wouldn't lift and cross my right leg because that would create a barrier (shoe) between me and the other person.
