You are wonderful and unique parents. I love to see how you incorporate your daughter into all the activities you do, and how active and supportive she is. It is a joy to watch all your videos. Thank you for sharing.
Someday...when i get back on my work in sweden...i will help your family...financially unfortunately im here in philippines coz of lockdown on pandemic...soon il be in sweden.
5 sounds like a challenge! I'm hoping that when she gets older she can help more than be in the way, kind of like with Justin Rhodes' kids (just maybe not so many)
l noticed last time you only put 1 seed in each pot, try 2 next time and take out the weak one if they both germinate, l do that with parsnips and sunflowers etc. dont be in too much of a rush to plant out as young ones are attractive to slugs etc whereas a more mature and healthy one can survive better, also some need to be 'hardened off' as going from a hot greenhouse out to open ground can be a shock and therefore weaken them.
We have say here in Portugal: "Em Abril águas mil" it rhymes lol.. it means that in April is normal to rain a lot in Portugal. Thats what origined the say ofcourse :)
Oh oh green beans I remember picking those as a kid...once they start growing it seems like they are always full haha..I think it is awesome for a kid to do such things...to many dont take their kids outside enough anymore..so happy for you guys ✌🙏❤
🇬🇧 I didn't find it joyful when you were talking to us about what you have planted and in the background Puck was swinging what looked like an adze or pickaxe high up and just missing her head. If the roots are rounď the edge just gently tease them out of the soil.
Do you worry about your child around scorpions, snakes, spiders, centipedes or those deadly caterpillars I’ve read about in Portugal? I’d be pretty scared for them. Have you seen many yourself since you’ve been there?
Nature is not so dangerous as some might make you believe, I’ve never heard of poisonous caterpillars! Good to remember they are usually more scared of you than you of them.

Puck would go crazy if she had to be indoors all the time. I'm imagining a tomato forest she can go into this summer and eat away :)
@@ourportuguesehomestead so happy..keep away from all these chemicals and stay natural ✌
Great video! good luck with your first big garden!
Your veggies are coming along!
