I say we increase the tax on corporations back up to at least what the average American pays, and devote All of that money to reducing the nation debt!!!!!! The corporations in this country have more money than they rightfully should have because they continually take and take and take from the working class Americans in order to satisfy their stock holders!
When the Politicians receive the pay and all the other benefits, it is difficult to walk away from the job by being a moral, truthful person.

Watching for the first time and I feel like I'm watching two of the best in their fields of work. We trust Devin Scillian in Detroit and Liz Cheney is a national hero. Why? She gave up everything and had death threats against her/family because she stood up and told the TRUTH! Liz, as a former Marine who served in Iraq in 1991 you have earned the respect of a lot of veterans over the past 4-5 years. Thanks

She wasn’t strong enough to publicly campaign in Wyoming, and only attended invitation-only campaign events. She would only speak to constituents who agreed with her. That is not brave and strong.

I would vote for her today. I'm a Democrat and I've been for years and I agree with her that we need smart people and it's not necessarily about bipartisan and shouldn't be, they are over 1 million people that qualify to run for President of the United States. I would love to see her, become president of the United States, particularly during these really tumultuous times.

Integrity is something severely missing from today’s GOP. I believe in a 2 party system but I don’t think the GOP is worth saving anymore. A new party needs to be formed.
Her predictions have come true. George Santos’ fraudulent campaign that gas-lit his NY constituency was a direct result of Trump’s cult of personality entrance into politics. An opportunistic-grifter emulated the habits of the former President, as the best template for political success in our time. His motivations were FAME & MONEY for self…not service to country or to represent his constituents, ALL of them.
The fact that Santos cannot be SHAMED to resign, and the GOP does not have enough SHAME to expel him, is everything we need to know about the caliber of leadership within the GOP, at present. Senator Romney & perhaps a handful of other GOP representatives aside - the bar for Republican Congressional & Senatorial membership needs raising in: education, life experience, intelligence, integrity, compassion & properly-vetted track records of service to community &/or country…and how about term limits?!

I hope his influence is removable. Difficult task, when many Americans allow themselves to be gullibly-flattered for their selfish prejudices by him.
Trump is grotesque! So is the broad acceptance of his Hitler-ish bombast, divisive scape-goating & hyperbolic fear-mongering! Have we learned nothing from history?! Authoritarians oppose basic human rights… like living amongst others in an open & generous society with fair access to basic services like water, healthcare & education!Authoritarians squash their challengers. Authoritarians eliminate freedom of religion & the rights of choice through a staunchly protected caste-system of oppression.
The worst thing a person can do is listen to only one source of information. I appreciate Ms. Cheney’s olive branch in bi-partisanship for truth & universal standards. If we cannot cooperate to find even a simple measure of consensus within our own borders, how do we ever expect to negotiate, cooperate or lead-out on the world-stage to solve the global challenges that adversely affect us all?

The emergency regarding water treatment plants was found in Flint Michigan. The entire country uses aluminum hydroxide corrosion control and and flocculant that is a known cause of Alzheimer's CFR 69 pg 419
. chlorinated water is also common to water treatment plants in the USA and Flint Michigan reminded us that Chlorinated water is an elevated risk of lung cancer and skin cancer and is probably the source of 2 thirds of the lung cancer cases than are not associated with tobacco products.
