The problem is also the design of this extension rod, when extended it can reach the foot of the rider, the rod itself can move when it's not thightend enough (rotate) there is a new version that more flexible in width, and will be more solid, but I would like to see a better design integrated in the rack for example, that doesn't block the riders back foot....
I totally disagree with you. There's no right or wrong way to install the extension rod. Do you know by adding the extension rod, you have also broaden the base length by 1.5 cm on each side. This will somehow cause the back of your heel to hit the ezywheel as you cycle. Installing the mount backward and parallel to the floor will move the wheel away from your heel. Hence, your exertion of wrong installing is rubbish!
the wheel extension will move once you drag your bike.. this is not correct way to install your Ez wheel extention.. you should add LOCKTITE on the screw when you screw the ez wheel extention to make it Sturdy.
Works for me !! Stops your suspension block from dragging on the ground potentially, gives the bike a lift up when folded
Thanks. Very helpful to have this vid and comments section info before I install on my C. Best!
