Big thanks to Idenati for sponsoring today's video! Check them out here: idenati.com/about?ref=StudyToSucess hiii!!! When are your final exams? Mine are the first week of December! And I hope you enjoy this video!! It was kind of hard to cover everything I wanted to regarding laziness in a 10 minute video, but I tried my best 😅 Hopefully it’s helpful and at least somewhat relatable!🥰💖
okay but like can we please acknowledge the amount of effort, depth, thought and creativity Estella puts into her videos!? watching her videos is like talking to a close friend, every single sentence hits home and is so relatable. i am honestly in awe, i admire you so much!
This is just the thing I needed. I left a painting uncompleted for almost two weeks on my table as I was so lazy and I procrastinated like crazyy. This video just inspired me to finish the painting within this week . Thanks Estella. You're one of the best inspirational human being
The biggest tip that helped me "overcome laziness" is to break it up into bits. Whenever I get slight motivation to do anything, I DO IT. I rarely force myself to do things on a schedule (except go to work, school etc) , I do them when I feel like it, within reasonable timing of couse. Am I still lazy? Yes, absolutely. But I get stuff done now :)
This is what I needed bcz every time when i start studying I feel lazy and get easily distracted.🥴...Thank you for this video Estella....❣ it's too helpful 😊.....
Hey Estella, I dont want to over-exagerate. But Thank you!! You made me realize that being productive is connected to my own mind and my surrounding. I seriously became extremely better since I began watching your videos. I do use a lot of your tips!! Thank you again. You are literally the BEST MOTIVATER! Dont mind spelling errors, I am writting from heart.. no time to think about mistakes
My problem is ADHD, executive dysfunction and also the need to do everything perfectly xD Tired / bored / unmotivated is what I feel when I have low dopamine levels. Plus the anxiety of being behind in my studies, the guilt of being "lazy" , the depression of feeling like a disappointment to yourself and everyone around you... Aside from the fact of having a "label" such as an official diagnosis or not, the first thing is to recognize that yeah, being "lazy" is not a sin and you should forgive yourself. The second thing is to help yourself by building an environment around you that helps when you are feeling at your worst and start with small tasks (as you have said in the video), as hard as it is in the beggining. Also meditation & exercise are free and super helpful for brain health. If you can afford to, speaking to a therapist also really helps. I write lazy between quotation marks because I personally think that if you can't do something you WANT to do and you feel paralyzed, its not laziness it's exective dysfunction. I think an actual "lazy" person doesn't really care about doing "the thing" and the consequences. That said, disclaimer I am ALSO not a professional, not a therapist, not an expert, just a 20 something year old that has big goals and a history of bad habits and decisions! I also LOVED this video 💜
I really do feel everything you have described here and the guilt is even making me distance myself from everyone since they are always asking about the progress in my studies and more which I know is not really okay. I wish I can stop being like this and become more productive with my life
OMG!!! this is just the perfect time to watch this because it's our exam week and I've been so lazy to review or even read my notes and I think this helps me to focus more. Thank you Estella for this great video you literally make may day better.
This is called the best timing. I was really lazy and i don't want to do my homework, don't know what to do, at that time i got your notification. Now i am going to complete all my homework and start my studying section. Thank you 🥰🥰❤️❤️
The 1st part made me feel she was talking about me. This video is really helpful. No matter how lazy we are we have to get our lives together. If I can't fix my own life no one can.
I swear, this is exactly my situation Thanks Estella, I am right NOW going to go and finish my tasks in the to do list. I am also going to just read, some books for my vocabulary and watch your videos to make myself better. Thanks Estella, you don't know what massive change you have brought in me
This gonna be helpful to everyone specially students who are going through this ...thank you estella for this video and you're right" taking tiny steps today makes your tomorrow" also yes we should accept the facts..
I’m on thanksgiving break and have Been in bed for 4 days watching Netflix. Thanks for this motivation. I cleaned my room, went for a walk, read, and relaxed.
As someone who was procrastinating a lot This video was a GODSENT!!! I hung up a poster on my room wall saying, “make the inertia work in your favour” Thanks a lot estella! You just saved my grades! 🙏🏻💖
This was actually so much more relatable then other "studying advice" videos like I actually felt like u knew what was going through my head😭 and it helped so much like I've just done a crap ton of overdue homework which is a weight of my shoulder so thank you so much😭❤️
As far as im aware there is no cure to laziness just small tips that may or may not help, like if you want to practice an instrument but would rather be on social media at that moment, adding/removing steps is a way to use your laziness to your advantage. After trying this it has worked for me and i hope it can help someone else
Even as someone recovering from a severe depression, this makes a lot of sense in terms of living with a mental illness. It will never completely go away, but I can work those coping skill muscles until it gets easier and easier to live with (: time to set some mini goals to work towards!
Before this I was like nothing will change, when last time I felt lazy? I have so much to do... And girl I just have one thing to say: I love you seriously, you made me laugh and made me see that I'm not a failure and I still can change something. Thank you 💜💜💜
Now I understand what 5 minutes better means, basically take 5 minutes to do the ‘difficult’ task and work your way up. Thank you Estella!! Also, I sweat ever since I have found your channel my life and grades and motivation has gotten so much better!
been feeling very unmotivated and lazy the past few weeks and it honestly has made me feel soooo bad and guilty to the point where literally EVERYTHING makes me anxious so thank you again for this video Estella😭

Thank you for these videos! Being a disabled student/athlete I always always struggle getting things done, but your videos really do get me in the mood! Also been following you for a good while now, but I was just too shy to comment. Anyway I wanted to thank you so much for the hard work you put into these videos! ♥️♥️
i literally never get off my device, and I watch sooo many productivity videos. none of them ever seem to help, but this seems really amazing. I’ll try it out.
Hii army! i have a very small channel where I post study vlogs, study tips, Drawing, crafting And many more types of videos so if you have time to check my channel so it meant a lot to me 💖
I always had a hunch Theo and Anaya have similar likes and ways to deal with situations, yet they are so different from each other. So glad they teamed up for this and made their first venture filled with wonderful memories ❤️
I saw a tip on a ytb short, idk if it works but let me share this tip with you 😊 So, for example, you’re chilling on your couch, and you have to do your homework. You just saying to yourself « work for 5 minutes, this is easy ». After the 5 min, if you want continue your work, you continue but if you don’t, you stop. Apparently 9/10 times you continue your work 😊 Anyways, I really like this video 😊
Hii there! i have a very small channel where I post study vlogs, study tips, Drawing, crafting And many more types of videos so if you have time to check my channel so it meant a lot to me 💖
Estella back with perfect timing as always!!! This video is also sooo on point because I have an exam in 2 weeks. I absolutely love everything about your videos, Estella! Hope we all have a very productive week. Lots of love from India
I literally stopped seeing the videos of her for like 6 months straight idk why but I was lazy and needed motivation then I see my yt recommending me this I was like u gurll u are my life saviour ily ✨❤️I hope I don't discontinue seeing her videos. U are awesome 👀❣️
What a really good timing Estella, you somewhat lift me up and give me answers and reasons to do these school works every day *I just hope that this is the slow start* THANK YOU SO MUCH, have a wonderful life💚
Not sure if Estella sees this but if I am lucky then Estella I wanna tell ya, I had my 1st exam today and I suffer from anxiety...my palms get cold and sweaty to the extent that my answer sheet sticks to my hands while I write... Your videos have helped me a great deal to calm myself and indulge in productivity... These few months with you have a turning point to my anxious soul Please keep doing what you love and not overwork yourself Remember we all love ya💜💫
Gurll i NEEDED this right now. I feel like I've been very proud of myself and my porductivity this whole year, but MAN this month I have NOTHING in me anymore, so I'll try and this video was very inspirational
Thanks a lot estella! absolutely needed this. i always feel guilty at the end of the day for not getting my work done. but now, i am motivated and hope that i can finally finish it all. thanks again for ur wonderful videos. they inspire a lot.!!!!
I would define lazy as someone not wanting to be productive, purposely choosing not to be motivated and act. As someone with ADHD, my desire and drive is to be constantly productive and making progress, but my executive dysfunction and daily overwhelm is a real issue that stops me moving forward. The times when I feel more productive and managing it, is always followed by burnout and extreme fatigue. I, like you, was constantly trying to find the 'magic' solution as so many people seem to be able to be self motivated and productive. I have concluded to just try and do things the way that fit and suit me, to get by and do what is needed. It is hard to manage and I strive to have balance in all areas of life, but I accept that my brain works in a different way. I can never be perfect and have set routine, but I can seek ideas, solutions and little life hacks to help manage the things to help make life a little easier. Things don't have to be done one way, we can adapt the 'norm' to suit our own needs.
You know what 😀....your video are just awesome ❤️❤️they keeps me motivated... when I am tired or feeling lazy and wanted something exited ..then I watch your videos instead of any show.... ❤️❤️Lots of love and blessings .... 😘😘
this channel has gotten me very productive throughout the year. before i would have mental breakdowns because of stress and inorganization. i was also very lazy and unhealthy but this channel helped me get mself together again. yes i still have mental breakdown but not for the reasons i had.
Last night I was literally telling my self that I need to be productive tomorrow, but I wasn’t sure how, and I came across this video and it helped A LOT. Thank you so much!
Thank you Estella for making this video when I'm feeling the most lazy that I ever feel this semester 😭😌 I really want to exercise and work on my missing assignments that I still have time to submit. Hopefully I can train myself to do those things 🙏
Thankyou so much Estella for inspiring and giving me so much knowledge about studies. Being an middle school student your tips help me a lot. Keep going. Loads of Love from India!!❤️
this was such a relatable video and everything exactly what ive been needing to hear. thank you and hopefully this is the first step to “overcoming” my laziness 😆
Tip: listen to lofi for calm studies. It okay if you are not productive a day or two, breaks are necessary. Lofi helps you calm down. Just beats and vibe. If you still aren't able, that okay! You can do it when you want to but remind yourself to do it on time. And also not everything has to go as planned as in the planner you made. It okay! It your life make it effortless. Go and play some games if you want too. Go and watch your favorite shows. Go and relax.
Thank you so much,Estella! This video got me out of my bed 😂 (sorta, I'm on the floor now,but I will maaakeee iiit) My eternal problem is that I gauge the difficulty of a task as easy but it ends up taking more time than I expected! And just like that... I lose my motivation, enthusiasm, and just lay face down on my bed :( My solution is to constantly tell myself "better something than nothing". This gets me to do something and just not lay around and get nothing! Well, better get me off the floor now and have some coffee 🌚
Hii there! i have a very small channel where I post study vlogs, study tips, Drawing, crafting And many more types of videos so if you have time to check my channel so it meant a lot to me 💖
Hey! I just wanted to say thanks for motivating me to make a schedule, clean up my room, and just actually feel good. I now do my schedule mostly everyday. Thanks for that! You keep motivating me everyday and I can’t thank you enough.
yayy! thank you for the tips Estella! these are really helpful for me. And also, i feel relieved finally, because i feel guilty of doing nothing these days. Thanks for reminding me that "It's okay to do nothing sometimes" ☺🤗💖💚
this video made me realize my biggest problem was trying to do the hard first, forgetting to start slow and get better. so every time i tried to start, i failed and it was harder to start again. i am really determined to do it the right way now, wish me luck :^
This is really good for students with senioritis they get lazy right before graduation. My sister is graduating from college and she is being lazy now . She just has a few more weeks left. I showed her this video and it motivated her to kick in the energy to finish strong. Thanks estella💯
My inertia was been such a burnout for me, but all the makes me be more “lazy-less” is watching ur videos! It really motivates me and that’s what keeps me up ❤️❤️📑
thank you so much for your video...!!! finally, a video that is speaking the truth.. and that makes others see that being lazy itit is actually normal, everyone at one point is lazy .. thank you so so much... I loved the example you gave about lifting 150 pounds it is a great example... love your videos
Tysm Estella this video is literally what I need bcz I had my first term exams next week but I was too lazy this two previous day and I didn't study anything even though I was preparing for these exams from the beginning of the school year, I just felt so tired and so stressed whenever I opened my books and I felt so ugly about myself. but when watched your video right now I realised that I was wrong thank you Estella bcoz you just make my day better😊💖💖
1:29 rip book you will be rembered. Btw Estella so relatable and refreshing to see. She isn't all like ' I lead a perfect life' but actually shows that unmotivation also hits her. We are humans and we are not expected to be productive all the time.
I definitely don’t lead a perfect life / constantly 24/7 motivated life (I wish tho, who wouldn’t turn down a white horse and castle and being told by Hagrid you’re a wizard 😉), but I’m just trying the best I can. And I honestly think that’s how it is for most of us (if not everyone)!🥰💖
honestly knowing that you're not alone/that your feelings are normal is really helpful because sometimes that guilt of being the way that you are holds you back even more! so yea this video was really helpful thanks! also you really sound like hillary duff sometimes in the this vid!
Yay! I am a swiftie and the fact that Taylor has released four albums in last two years her productivity level is 10000 times more than mine. But yeah she motivates me and this video did too! Thanks for the tips!
I have exams in just over a week that i haven’t studied a lot for, this actually really helped me look at it with a different perspective, thank you :)
0:39 in Islam, we know that the reason we are lazy is: 1. It's normal to be lazy 2. Satan/devil is whispering in our ears Example: Satan: "don't study just watch the tv" And that's the reason why we're lazy so much
you are really like making my day ...active ...after realizing that yay...am lazy ..that's fine ..its the nature ..of myself ..then I don't need to worry about that so...after I get realized to this ......I think now I could be able to do all my works without comparing to myself with others ...a really great thanksssssssssssss...however your quote and video were amusing and kinda fun of watching ...so finally I could say that "WHAT I AM, THAT'S ME MYSELF SO I WILL DO AS I LIKE ..ITS MY WORK..."
Wonderful video! What I really appreciate is how relatable it is. Sometimes RUclipsrs make it seem like they have the perfect life, doing 10 things by breakfast like Rapunzel in Tangled. It can feel like an impossible standard. Your video made me feel better!
this makes so much sense considering how a lot of people feel about showers! for example, personally, i find it so hard to get into the shower, but once i'm in i never want to get out. it's the transition from one state to another that makes us dread doing anything, not necessarily the thing itself
Can we just say that you can read our minds You totally know what we need and thanks so much for all your help and support that you deliver to us through your videos ☺️💜 Thank you 💜 you always make our days better 💕 You're always inspiring so many people and i would like to thank you for that Lots of from India 💜 You nice keep going 😊👍
As an ambitious person, sometimes, I just really just need to be reminded and be inspired to take things slow, like "actual" slow, even very small steps if needed.
For those of you who struggle to understand why you can't self-motivate and can only be motivated by hard deadlines, please consider getting screened for ADHD! 😊 My whole life I was told I was lazy, missed small details, didn't apply myself, and a thousand other moral failings... but then I found out it was just ADHD.
And....the SOLUTION to ADHD is to simplify (so that you can focus). Consider materialistic minimalism, but also clearing your calendar and social obligations, to just the most important
That is true, my dad and brother were diagnosed with mild ADHD, they did overcome it to a point. But I thought I was different since it wasn't so obvious. After graduating school and getting a diploma I had less and less external stimulus, all tasks I have after work are basically made by myself. And now I realise how hard is to push myself and stay concentrated, and do things that don't realy have a deadline, I would start 20 things to get 1 done. That is a good point to get screened.
@@SayHelloToOblivion Our understanding of ADHD has definitely changed a lot in the past ten years, so it makes sense that the diagnosis rate is increasing with greater understanding of what it is. That being said, there are lots of things that look like ADHD, but aren't. That's the purpose of differential diagnosis :)
This modivated me to get up and do something. I’ve been waiting until I have the perfect room and the perfect things just to feel modivated.I keep lieing down saying I will do something but I say no. I try to wake up early my body says no,you just have to build up the courage and strength to do something.

@@saramarija21 do u even watch her videos?
This is actually super insightful. Always blaming myself for being lazy in comparison to my friends, but this was very comforting ☺️
I make study vlogs and much more fun content so do make sure to check it out ✨
What a really good timing Estella, you somewhat lift me up and give me answers and reasons to do these school works every day
*I just hope that this is the slow start*

Not sure if Estella sees this but if I am lucky then Estella I wanna tell ya,
I had my 1st exam today and I suffer from anxiety...my palms get cold and sweaty to the extent that my answer sheet sticks to my hands while I write...
Your videos have helped me a great deal to calm myself and indulge in productivity...
These few months with you have a turning point to my anxious soul
Please keep doing what you love and not overwork yourself
Remember we all love ya💜💫

I make study vlogs and much more fun content so do make sure to check it out ✨
Thankyou so much Estella for inspiring and giving me so much knowledge about studies. Being an middle school student your tips help me a lot. Keep going. Loads of Love from India!!❤️
this was such a relatable video and everything exactly what ive been needing to hear. thank you and hopefully this is the first step to “overcoming” my laziness 😆
looking at how organized your desk is and how many nice stationary you have just makes me jealous, my mind literally says “ I WANT THATTTTTT “
*"In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure."*
_keep going you are doing amazing
This video is a perfect solution to all my laziness problems. Thank you Estella! ♥
Yep lofi has definitely calmed me down during study sessions; I especially love listening to it in fall / winter since it has such a cozy vibe 🥰🍂❄️☃️
its a great calm music to help u focus i some times just get so much in work i forget there is music going on : DDDDDDD
How do y’all study with music?? It distracts me so much, I can’t listen to anything while studying
@@aizuni it's nothing big u just pop a headset in low voice and just focus on studying and u will forget about u r listening to music
Hii there! i have a very small channel where I post study vlogs, study tips, Drawing, crafting And many more types of videos so if you have time to check my channel so it meant a lot to me 💖
I love ur channel and it just shows everyone the truth of “not everyone is perfect”
Hey! I just wanted to say thanks for motivating me to make a schedule, clean up my room, and just actually feel good. I now do my schedule mostly everyday. Thanks for that! You keep motivating me everyday and I can’t thank you enough.
Hey! Thank you for inspiring me, your videos makes me more productive and active. Love your videos ❤️🇵🇭
This video is the one for me ( lately I have become a definition of laziness😐). Thank you for the video .Love you Estella❤️
yayy! thank you for the tips Estella! these are really helpful for me. And also, i feel relieved finally, because i feel guilty of doing nothing these days. Thanks for reminding me that "It's okay to do nothing sometimes" ☺🤗💖💚
I make study vlogs and much more fun content so do make sure to check it out ✨
this video made me realize my biggest problem was trying to do the hard first, forgetting to start slow and get better. so every time i tried to start, i failed and it was harder to start again.
i am really determined to do it the right way now, wish me luck :^
This is really good for students with senioritis they get lazy right before graduation. My sister is graduating from college and she is being lazy now . She just has a few more weeks left. I showed her this video and it motivated her to kick in the energy to finish strong. Thanks estella💯
My inertia was been such a burnout for me, but all the makes me be more “lazy-less” is watching ur videos! It really motivates me and that’s what keeps me up ❤️❤️📑
Her videos are honestly so motivating!! Thank you Estelle we love you ✨🤎
thank you so much for your video...!!! finally, a video that is speaking the truth.. and that makes others see that being lazy itit is actually normal, everyone at one point is lazy .. thank you so so much...
So glad I could help, and I hope your exams go well!!💖
I love that you added interactions with your mom! You really do well with these videos, solo and with added family cameos!
Your channel is the best love it!🥰🥰🥰🥰
1:29 rip book you will be rembered.

Hey 👋
cgg your first ! _
This is really helpful 😃😃. armyblinks give your attendance here 💜💜
honestly knowing that you're not alone/that your feelings are normal is really helpful because sometimes that guilt of being the way that you are holds you back even more! so yea this video was really helpful thanks! also you really sound like hillary duff sometimes in the this vid!
Can we all agree that the channel has amassed it's goal to help others?
I'm pretty sure it has. Just found this channel. Many thanks for the video :)
This video has helped me so much with my laziness . Thank you for your encouraging , and inspiring tips ! :)
I’m so lazy, I’ll watch this later
You can tell how lazy I am by how I've put this video off for 3 weeks 💀
0:39 in Islam, we know that the reason we are lazy is:
1. It's normal to be lazy
2. Satan/devil is whispering in our ears
Example:
Satan: "don't study just watch the tv"
And that's the reason why we're lazy so much
OMG!! This video made me feel sooo much better. Thank you Estella, for this amazing video and also I'll definitely use your advices

you are really like making my day ...active ...after realizing that yay...am lazy ..that's fine ..its the nature ..of myself ..then I don't need to worry about that so...after I get realized to this ......I think now I could be able to do all my works without comparing to myself with others ...a really great thanksssssssssssss...however your quote and video were amusing and kinda fun of watching ...so finally I could say that "WHAT I AM, THAT'S ME MYSELF SO I WILL DO AS I LIKE ..ITS MY WORK..."
Hii! i started a new channel so can you check it out :)
Can we just say that you can read our minds
You totally know what we need and thanks so much for all your help and support that you deliver to us through your videos ☺️💜
Thank you 💜 you always make our days better 💕
You're always inspiring so many people and i would like to thank you for that
Lots of from India 💜
You nice keep going 😊👍

This Motivates me so much to do things I want to... being a lazy person this will help me a lot thank you soo much Estella :D ❤
As an ambitious person, sometimes, I just really just need to be reminded and be inspired to take things slow, like "actual" slow, even very small steps if needed.
"im lazy"
*has a perfectly beautiful organized couple of gigantic drawers full of markers*
Same, diagnosed at age 29
I guess the whole world has ADHD these days. It's the blanket diagnosis if you haven't noticed.
Estella!!! Your are one of the girl who is on the top for making incredibly aesthetic videos. Good luck 😉
When estella posts each video, my day gets better and better! 🥰Keep up the good work 👍
P.S, your literally my idol!! ❤️❤️❤️

This modivated me to get up and do something. I’ve been waiting until I have the perfect room and the perfect things just to feel modivated.I keep lieing down saying I will do something but I say no. I try to wake up early my body says no,you just have to build up the courage and strength to do something.
That is why i deleted tik tok. I waste my time doing somethink i don't even enjoy!! This is so motivating. 💛💛💛
