Educational content outside of school really does help! I'm learning a certain fictional language in my free time and also researching several psychological disorders. It's really fun to learn about something specific and interesting that you wouldn't learn in school.
Last year I was really put together, and this year was really crooked. I wanted my life how it was last year; waking up at 6am and getting things done in an instant, instead of this year; doing work last minute, waking up late, rushing myself and forcing myself to do things I should do naturally. Okay, so this isn't really a habit for a productive life persay, but I've found it quite beneficial for myself. I've recently made it a habit to meditate almost every morning and just focus on breathing and putting aside anything and everything that stresses me out. This helps me destress my nerves and gives me a fresh and clear mind and almost always keeps me in a better mood throughout the day. I've also made it a habit to stop doing things that overly stress me out or just take small breaks every now and then to destress myself by simply going out of my study room and walking around the house, either just listening to music or replaying little events that make me happy or reciting story ideas in my head (since I'm a writer and I like making up stories whenever I'm stressed)
I just want to feel happy again. Like when I was a kid I woke up happy now I roll out of bed looking for an excuse to keep living. Recently I started using Forwago and I think it helps me. I feel that I am on a good path to become a happier person. Wish me luck!

What i did is i turn off my phone, breath or meditate, calm myself and do my thing that's it. So if you're reading this, put down your phone and do your thing. Another great tip is using apps that help with productivity. I discovered the elocance app while doing my EMBA (and balancing work) and used it to turn my case studies to audio so that I could listen while doing dishes, exercising etc.
Idk if this is a problem for you but when I used sticky notes I took them of like you do... Because of this they fell off easily and were sticking of the paper ( can you say that? Sorry I am german). So I changed the way to take them off... Instead of taking them off from the non-sticky to the sticky side, I remove them sideways. Sorry if it's not understandable 😂
@@albabyahya you know how annoying it is when the sticky notes curl and don't stick right because of it? Just peel them of starting at the long side and not the short one. It avoids the curling.

Idk if this is a problem for you but when I used sticky notes I took them of like you do... Because of this they fell off easily and were sticking of the paper ( can you say that? Sorry I am german). So I changed the way to take them off... Instead of taking them off from the non-sticky to the sticky side, I remove them sideways.

you know how annoying it is when the sticky notes curl and don't stick right because of it?
Just peel them of starting at the long side and not the short one.
It avoids the curling.
