I don’t know about others but I watch cooking videos to learn to make the dish and maybe some tips and tricks. I certainly didn’t come here to learn about nutrition or listen to small talk. Hi Mr Hong, I’m going to make yam rice and found your recipe. Your yam rice recipe looks good and from the way you cook I can see that you must be an experience cook from a Chinese restaurant. By the way may I ask whether I can pre-fry all the ingredients and the rice and keep it in the fridge to be cooked in the rice cooker the next day? Thank you
Hi, yr version of yam rice almost same as mine but I dont use lapcheong. I add belly pork, sliced thinly, marinated with sesame oil, corn starch n light soy sauce. My garnish includes a spoonful of homemade garlic chilli sauce.

You put several twists in your 煲仔飯. It an improvement over the traditional Cantonese style. This is hard to do. My congratulations!
