Decided to go with his and after cooking it in my wood shed on my portable skillet, I never ate without it EVER on any fish, especially Flounder!! Flavorful spice mmmhmm, even a pinch of it on the tongue is good. His is really Magic!
I sold seafood for years. His blackened Redfish magic is one of the VERY few seasoning blends worth a damn. It's really good. We sold a lot of it specifically because it really is tasty and we all in the seafood market knew it. If we sold them a jar of Redfish magic, the customer never ever came back complaining.

I put some of this seasoning on some red snapper and it came out perfectly! So delicious!
