Since the router I am using at the moment is only 3/4 horse I can only run at around 12ipm or I start stalling the motor. I am also being very conservative at .04in deep passes. This is a .25in 2 flute carbide endmill I picked up from a random tool shop I was at one day.
Any chance you'd be willing to share the file you used to create that mount? I just ordered my machine and plan on using this same router. How are you liking it as a spindle?
