Well, here's the thing. I am exactly 6 feet tall, but I understand at some time in the future, over time because of gravity and the other things you mention, we in effect, shrink, so looking at this as a good offense (which is the best defense) long before this is even an issue.
Flo is 6 feet 3 inches and still can be a lot taller through the center. If that was his intention, being in the center yes, taller not personally. But for many it is and they ask us so here is the video 😉🙏🏽🙌
It doesn't take long to run through these early in the morning and it feels great. I like to add some spinal twists at the end and I feel open and energised. Would you consider putting together a follow along flow based on this? (I'm always interested in your watches too and it looks like you're part of the G-Shock nation now too - cool beans!)
Hanging is good generally. But for this specific intention to be taller the concepts from the video are our suggestions. A daily 1 minute hang is good regardless.
I am afraid to start yoga class. My goal is to lose weight, but I don’t love gym or other fitness activities. But yoga is a thing I tried, and instantly loved. But it will be possible to lose weight with it?
This depends on more things than just movement. Mostly nutrition, fasting, sleep and stress. Living healthy in all these areas will help you with your goals 🙌
Not really, since soft tissue determines the tension and your ability to be upright. Almost everyone can still be more in their center and taller from their center. Of course this is different for each individual but only because you’re last 25 years old doesn’t mean you can’t be more in your center.

I have another great tip that helped me lengthen my spine - hanging every day! It does wonders for decompressing the spine and increasing space!

Awesome video! Would practicing hanging also be beneficial? It allows the shoulders, spine, and pelvis to let go of some tension.
