I don’t know actually.
I already found an ancient city in my survival world using chunk base. And I got the new disk and I used a hoe I got there to get xp
they missed the opportunity to replace underwater dirt, like in a river or lake or even ocean, with mud. that would make it make a ton of sense because rn theres dry dirt underwater it doesnt make sense. then again, trees can float.

I'm still sad about the fireflies. I would accept them even as a particle effect
ive said it for years that mojang love to divide their playerbase and make players, votors fall in love with features/mobs they’ll never see in minecraft. no matter the “realism” if a feature is loved, keep it in the game and add it elsewhere, the dripstone caves is where i was hoping they’d add it, its ironic because adding fireflies in dripstone caves is as REAL as cave atmosphere and immersion gets..
@@thomas751 hey but seriously what the fuck does a Allay even do? He picks up items that were dropped, and items don’t naturally just drop. So that makes me wonder, why the fuck did anyone even vote it?
@@AJ-vr9hf oh everyone knows the Allay is useless NOW.. but because of Media influence, like youtube creators, their whole fanbase will support them instead of choosing rationally. Mojang could easily add all 3 mobs 1st to 3rd place all within the same year after the vote. 2 of the 3 mobs in 2020’s mobvote were just reskins for god sake, but only 1 mob can ever win.. Mojang only wants to split their playerbase just so it gets people talking about Minecraft more, and for it to reach controversial game news every year
@@thomas751 it’s really disappointing. And they definitely could’ve added the last three with ease, they weren’t complicated mobs. And I’m really tired of people voting because of RUclipsrs, they always end up wanting useless stuff like the glowsquid and allay. I just wish Mojang would stop trying to release a new game every 2 years and just focus on Minecraft.
Yeah imagine being able to catch them in a bottle and being able to place it on a surface as a jar of fireflies and it gives a nice mood lighting
Was not expecting a breeding mechanic for frogs- but as someone who’s fascinated by growth cycles, I’m thrilled to see eggs and tadpoles! Guess who’s making a farm :)

I've been getting ready to do a frog light farm for a while now, and I've already recruited 2 frogs, and they already gave me plenty of tadpoles. I'm making great progress so far. also the new mud blocks are great.
Guess who is gonna kill all frogs and tadpoles and destroy all eggs from frogs cause they disgust me

I like how the frog can eat a lava cube but it can't eat a firefly because it's "poisonous"
bro it's not real that's why mojang let frog to eat magma cube but if magma cubes are real that i am 99% sure they are not why a kid is gonna risk his life to feed a frog a fire ball and a character in minecraft can chop down a tree with hand did anyone try to chop down a tree with there hand 😂 but slime is real thing but i don't see a kid who is fighting with a non living slime so i don't think that a kid is gonna feed a frog slime

The warden is so much scarier than I thought when you’re in survival. However, I killed it pretty quickly by just shooting it, and I only popped one totem.

@@jalchi8367 Mojang could put it in a specific biome and for 4 Minecraft days the trees are cherry blossom trees then turn in to normal
I think it’s mostly MoJang’s false promises that are really making the community upset. It’s one thing if it happens once or twice, but it’s the fact that it continues to constantly happen. MoJang hypes everyone up with things they’re adding then they either get delayed or not added at all. The Warden and Deep Dark were supposed to arrive in 1.18, but was delayed to 1.19 and about half the things in 1.19 were scrapped so the Warden was one of the biggest parts of 1.19 and that was supposed to be added in the last update. It’s just a cycle that isn’t healthy and can cause conflict.

Ok this update is awesome but the absolute coolest part is definitely the
/place command. The potential for stuff to do in creative mode is so exciting.
just had to binge watch a bunch of 20 minute to 1 hour overviews for the past 5 updates because i got really bad burnout around 1.13 and i needed to get caught up so i didn't get overwhelmed before jumping back in so i'm finishing it off with this one, thanks for this!

The only disappointment with the warden is that you aren’t blind while you look through their perspective in spectator mode
The only disappointment is that you can't go into spectator mode in Bedrock Edition.

I gotta say this update Is really well done but it’s sad that the /place command never made it to bedrock
They seem to port what they need to so that they look like they give a shit about bedrock.
True but maybe they’ll add it in a later update like the iron golem texture that took a few months to arrive or year idk

@@brandonmendoza1596 I think their delays really held them back on this one. Cuz remember deep dark was supposed to be 1.18 and that’s like half this 1.19 update. I really wanted to see archeology come to the game. But yea this update was the worst in a couple years, even the new swamp is pretty ugly i hate the mud texture
I found all the new features within 2000 blocks from world spawn in my world already.
These are always so helpful, great video! I can't wait to find some frogs and Allays. The Warden is terrifying but can't wait to check it out with my friends.

I’m honestly kinda tired of criticizing 1.19, so I’ll just enjoy it for what it is.
Yeah it's not perfect and most of us hoped for more, but it's an update and adds fun things to the game so it's good
I don’t get why people are getting mad about it, it’s bigger than the buzzy bees update and no one complained about that update. Plus it’s all free, who cares?

• Buzzy bees was a huge update as they fixed more bugs than any other update. Also, it wasn't too hyped and kept us waiting for too long.
• Wild Update adds less than 10 things apart from the 2 new biomes (which are incredibly rare in the World). And we've been promised the Warden since 1.17 so it carried almost 3 years of hype increasing our expectations. Furthermore, they released ideas like the Birch Forest and Fireflies, got us excited, and then scraped them.
@@DragonPixels buzzy bees was exactly as advertised. this update was not. we had fireflies taken away for a nonsensical reason, a biome delayed, and hardly any reason to explore the new ancient cities, which are still unfinished (see the portal frame). its literally caves and cliffs part 3 and they are still not done
@@DragonPixels The idea of the Wild Update were to give us inmersion and prettier biomes and wildlife, actually the biomes still being a wasteland lonely without wildlife.
Just updated and started a new world and had a great spawn! I got multiple stacks of iron and coal, and 16 emeralds. went below my spawn point and found a mine shaft with 32 diamonds so far!

I cant help but feel that "yearn" is an outer wilds reference. It sounds very similar to some music you can hear in the DLC and the name is very appropriate too. Anyone whos played the DLC will understand why!
I have trauma's related to mangrove swamps now, the dream levels made me scared of the dark for a while lol

I can’t believe people are disappointed with this update, it adds so many new cool things and shakes up the game mechanics and playing stages in such an interesting way! Plus the beloved frogs are finally here, I love this update

My favourite feature in 1.19 is the Warden. To be honest the warden is the coolest mob In the game!

I have found an ancient city in my main cave after resetting the chunks and I am going to raid it now wish me luck :) btw your guide on resetting chunks is so helpful 👌

i cant wait to see the new safehouses people can build with the skulk stuff, especially the darkness effect. this is gonna be amazing
unfortunately darkness can only be spread from natural shriekers and the wardens they summon

Also Wattles: Has lanterns beside his torches IN CREATIVE and still uses torches!
My top three favorites are the Allay of course, mangrove family, and frogs and tadpoles. Actually I love everything but this are my most fav, this is the best Update so far.
We still need Chery Blossom trees in Minecraft. Also those Goat Horns are cool,"Ponder" is my favourite Sound of all of them.
Finally the Caves and Cliffs part 3 is out can’t wait for part 4!!
I’d love to see ebony wood, and more quartz items like walls and trapdoors.

Different colored frog lights in the mangrove roots looks really good.
I tried using channeling on the Warden, yeah the blast got me. Apparently it's extremely resistant to lightning and even in Creative Mode it took me nearly 20 hits to kill it!
I would love to see a tlou clicker-like mob in a schulk style. I feel like it fits the theme perfectly

Exciting day, dude. Hyped to find my first allay, get my first mangrove propagule, and look for that swift sneak enchantment. Already encountered a rough bug on a Bedrock realm that wipes entities, which really messed up a villager trading hall, and other assorted mob farms, and nametagged mobs. Could be just a problem unique to me, so I hope other Bedrock players haven't experienced that same thing, updating realms. Anyway, can't wait to see what your survival world turns into now that mangrove and sculk are finally here. Happy exploring, everyone.

My favourite thing? I haven been able to write on anything (signs, nametags, anvils etc) for two updates…I finally can! First thing is I made a sign and named my tools. Sooo happy 😊

Chest boat would have come in handy a few months ago when I was moving my base to a better area and had to move all my shit. I'm really excited about the new biomes though and I'll be going out adventuring in my world in a little bit. I have explored a lot to get the previous 50 biomes so this may take a while.

@@rex_8618 Im mad because they lterally ignored the actual update objective, INMERSION AND WILDLIFE, i were really excited to have more animals, flowers, funguses, trees, etc. And they ruined it just adding a 1.18 feature and a swamp.

It is a MISSED opportunity that WONT come back anymore, because people now is asking for end update and mojang will ignore it like archaeology and other cancelled/ignored stuff, i was so excited when they announced wild update, i said "finally since 1.13 we are gonna receive a proper wildlife explosion on surface", now im deepely dissapointed with mojang and i wont play 1.19 on survival, im jus goona test it today but im gonna still on Minecraft 1.18.2 until we get a wildlife update, i passed it with 1.17/18 one time and played 1.17, im not gonna fall on the same mistake twice.

I don't get how we're suppose to actually find the ancient city in survival though. Like it randomly generates somewhere deep in the ground and they expect us to just randomly find it?

I think now Minecraft isn’t a horror game but it’s just able to go toe to toe with terraria’s underground areas they both feel like they get more sinister the farther you go down now

Fun fact. The chest boat can transport what’s in the chest if you put the boat over a hopper and even when a player is not in a boat you can still push the boat with a water bucket onto a hopper and it’ll transport all the items in the chest into the hopper and so on. Didn’t know if you knew this but yeah boat chests can transport items into hoppers
