❓Have you got any suggestions for the background space of the filming studio? Let me know! 👇
G'day Justin, I'd add a kicka$$ wall mounted 75" 4k TV so you can use it for many reasons like displaying your logo, playing looped promo videos for when new clients come into your studio etc. etc. Keep up the great work mate, Cheers from the West Side (Outback WA)
If you are working on something that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed. The vision pulls you.
This beautiful studio is the deserving result of many years of hard work, sticking with a gameplan and proven methods. I have the greatest respect for what you have accomplished.
Thank you so much! 😃 - Hazel, PV Team
For having 1.4M subscribers, I just want to say I really appreciate the effort you put forth to answer everyone’s comments! That’s incredible, but then again the nice office space probably helps motivate the team😉 thanks for all you guys do, wish you the best!
You're welcome, Max 😊 - Hazel, PV Team
What an absolutely awesome space! Definitely seems like a fun place to work everyday 👍
Thanks Tom! I’m a huge fan of your setup, and will likely add more cameras to mix things up a bit
Justin, this is beautiful space . Congratulations to you and your team as this is a huge accomplishment!

Justin, this is an amazing setup. For some reason, I can't stop myself from watching these youtube setup videos. Am I normal?🤣
Same! I just uploaded my first video yesterday and I have been binging on RUclips videos about tips for success lol so your normal and smart!
Thanks - it's not bad to fancy those 😉 - Hazel, PV Team
Awesome studio, Justin. Like every corner has a story. Very neat, organized, and cozy. That wall is beautiful as it is, bare. Otherwise, keep a faint picture or logo, like a watermark or something. Thank you for all the tips, Justin.
So awesome to hear it, cheers! - - Hazel, PV Team
Wow, so awesome Justin!! For sure, big thumbs up and inspirational 😊 👍👍👍👍
Amazing, thank you so much! - Hazel, PV Team

The dream set up we are all striving for. Well done and thanks for sharing. Nice to see what the pros use as opposed to just what they are recommending or selling. Thanks.
Thanks NasTime Adventures!

Really awesome setup.
Thanks Frank!
It looks amazing.
Thanks! - Hazel, PV Team
Very neet, cleans and esthetic. Just like a Dream Studio
Thank you! It’s coming along now :)
Wow! Amazing but simple studio. I’m impressed! That said. I’m always looking around my office to see how I can sound proof it and using better lighting without breaking the 🏦 and this video has given me some ideas, so thank you! I do have a question or 2… ? 1. the web cam, is it something that can be used outside to film yourself? Or is it strictly for a computer screen for zoom calls, etc? ?2: Can you do a video on how you work your camera from your computer and/or control device(s)? 👍🏼
Thanks Justin, love it! I reckon you're brave having a real plant though! Lol 😱
thanks mate - I can’t have the responsibility of a plant! I’m sure we’ll see it progressively die over the course of a few videos haha
Love the studio and giving me some great ideas, now to just clear some space to make my own studio.
That sounds great, Gayle - all the best! - Hazel, PV Team
Thanks for the inspiration 🙏. I think you should put up Australian wildlife in the background and alternate each week.
You're welcome - thanks for the idea! - Hazel, PV Team
It's awesome I learned alot!
Great, cheers! - Hazel, PV Team
Nice and very efficient!!!
Cheers Carlos! That was a big part of the goal :)
Justin
Amazing studio, congrats! I guess that's a pretty safe neighbourhood. That big window right next to all that equipment makes me a little nervous 😉
Thanks - pretty safe, sorry if that makes you feel nervous 😉 - Hazel. PV Team
I just started learning video editing from your videos . Thanks a lot.
Nice - good luck with your edits! - Hazel, PV Team
Goals! Thanks for sharing!
However, I do think the background matters.
Nice to find your channel.
Justin, thanks for the video. I'm going for Falconeyes Light but I'm not sure what model to buy. Can you please recommend me a model? I appreciate all your time.
Awesome work Justin! Great tour
Thanks mate! Hope everything’s going really well with you :)
@@PrimalVideo going well and keeping busy!
Some great ideas for a studio environment. Overall, an interesting snapshot of how a 7 figure digital business is run today. No receptionist - not a calculator in sight - no books or library - In fact, I didn't even see a conventional phone. Very Spartan. You've got all the important stuff. There is even a fridge so you don't need to bring an esky in to keep a stock of cold tinnies. Nice place!
G’Day Rus!
We keep the calculators (and receptionists) in the cupboard.
Tinnies are cold in the fridge for when you visit, also helps keep the kangaroos from stealing them. Their claws can’t open fridges.. It’s the drop bears we need to keep an eye out for though
@@PrimalVideo Fair dinkum them drop bears are almost as bad as the bunnyips. Best keep them buggers out the office. Good to know ya got a slab chilled for when I stop by for a dekko.
very nice!
Thanks! - Hazel, PV Team
Great set up - simple but obviously going to be very efficient. Would be interested to hear more about your editing process on the "basic Mini". Looking forward to seeing the next stage (curtains and soundproofing etc.) But again, great video (David).
Thank you so much, David! 😃 - Hazel, PV Team
Nice work Sir
Thanks! - Hazel, PV Team
Justin, please:
Specs and details on your audio damping carpet and walls, wall covering/paint etc.
Brand names and such.
Thanks in advance.
For years I had Panasonic cameras
Didn’t know they are still popular
Amazing lovely spaces / setup
That's cool, thanks! - Hazel, PV Team
Where did you buy the camera/teleprompter stand? It looks so sturdy! Thank-you!!
It’s just a light stand. I’d suggest using a proper c-stand for something more stable
your youtube studio looks cool😍👍👍
Great to hear that! 😃 - Hazel, PV Team
Nice setup
Thanks! - Hazel, PV Team
Always a sucker for a studio tour. Really nice, effective, and clean set-up. I was using the same Rode mic but didn't like having to charge it, or worse yet, forget to charge it then it dies in the middle of a shoot. I switched to the Rode VIdeoMic GO II which is smaller and camera powered.
Oh for the shelf in the back, definitely needs a picture of me...frame of your choice. 😂
Thanks mate! I don’t need to worry about charging it as it’s connected via USB to the computer a lot of the time, keeping it charged.
Just ordered a pic of you for the background haha
@@PrimalVideo Ah, cool tip about always keeping it charged. 👊
great sir ..😀
Thanks - Hazel, PV Team
Any advice on attachments to use for mounting my key light which weighs about 15 pounds to my varipole? I am using it floor to ceiling vertical.
Wonderful setup! I would love to have that much space to work and leave my setup up...😂
I have a question about recording videos with a new smartphone. I am looking at setting up a space similar to what you have in this video. However, the DSLR and Lens are not in my budget. I do have a Samsung S21 Ultra that has a decent camera. I use a rode wireless mic so when the phone is in use the microphone is occupying the USB-C port. How could I use my phone to record in a rig and connect to a monitor, microphone and charger all at the same time? I am looking for a wireless charging rig that would solve one of my issues (charging while filming) If I could plug the rig in and let it charge the phone wirelessly that would be awesome for so many of my video setups. I am always running out of battery. Moving on, Then I would need to get a USB-C to HDMI splitting that has an additional USB-C port. My concern is whether that would interfere (electronically) with my microphone since I am running 2 accessories on the USB-C port out of my phone? Love your videos, really helped me a lot since I don't have anyone around me that does RUclips or Social media at all. I'm just trying to figure it out as I go and your channel has really helped point me in the right direction. Much appreciated!
OK, this is a great video and Iäm using pretty much a very similar setup. Two monitors, but.... I can't have the teleprompter monitor as my third screen. I've tried with connecting through OWC Thunderbolt Dock (4) and Element 4 by CalDigit, it's only two monitors Mac Mini will recognize. How did you do it here? Thanks very much!
I really love your studio. I wish I could have it too.
Thanks - wishing you all the best! 😊 - Hazel, PV Team
What was the plasterboard you used? I’m designing a pod/container studio in suburban Australia.
It’s a Venetian finish, like a concrete render they put on. I think it looks great :)
Just found your channel since I’ve been planning on making videos for about a year now! I just uploaded my first video yesterday but I only have an iPhone. My channel is about living in San Francisco, the pros and cons & rips and tricks. Also, I love horror movies so I also plan to review a horror movie once a week. & other movies as well.
Thank you so much for your videos!!!! 🎉🎉
Thanks! Great to have you here - Justin
Hello, sir how to download video editing video for practice big video with audio.🙂🙂
Nice setup. I should post a video of my studio so that you all could have a good laugh. 😅
nice...
Thanks! - Hazel, PV Team
Congratulations Justin, I really love this your studio and i wish that ona day I'll be able to have such a studio in my house.
Congratulations once again my best youtuber.
Thank you so much, all the best! - Hazel, PV Team
Congratulations to you and how much it cost
What is that extender you put on the Elgato L arm to make it even longer?
Elgato sell them, but it's the whole clamp assembly too
How did you connect that confidence monitor and what is it?? I was hoping you would talk about it
The monitor was on a monitor stand (not connected to the light stand) and was just a 19" computer monitor I had lying around. Definitely wasn't color accurate or anything special but good to show me what the camera was seeing. It was directly connected to the camera's HDMI port.
Really like the text on screen. Can you share what type that is and what program? I have a few third party fonts but just not what I am looking for. I really like the visual of these fonts. I need to break away from Helvetica Neu!! Any info would be great!
Hey! We use the font Oswald Bold and have custom animated titles that we have made for Final Cut Pro but you may be able to find something similar on VideoHive 👍
@@PrimalVideo Thanks! So someone makes them for you or are they a 3rd party site I can go to? I have some text from FX Factory, but I like the bold and the narrow font you use in the video. Nice Job!
Appreciate the response.
Nice studio. What I found strange was that I saw a green screen but I did not see the lights for the greenscreen.
Thanks! When we use it we bring in extra lighting, so we don’t need to move the main ones.
Hello, Will you post a link to your confidence monitor?
It’s just a really basic, cheap old screen I had laying around.
Have you done a video on how you create the little Justin dude? I subscribed to the Channel after seeing Mini You. LOL
Thanks - feel free to watch the video "3D pop-out effect" to learn more. - Hazel, PV Team
Wow I love your studio I wish to build mine like yours when I hit 1 million subscribers
Thank you! All the best with your videos
Justin
informative 11mins.
Thanks! - Hazel, PV Team
is your elgato strem deck real coz it aint in the comments🤔
Link to that mic stand?
All the links mentioned in the video are in the description - Hazel, PV Team
How arre things?-Justin!Thank you~very superb !see ya!- =)
Good - you're welcome! - Hazel, PV Team
Wow! What country is this in?
Australia 😊 - Hazel, PV Team
Off topic- sorry, I just don't know the best place to ask the question. Perhaps Justin or someone else could point me to a better place. I know how to make basic videos. I've done it with an old digital tape camcorder, a GoPro, and a 360 camera (Insta 360). I've uploaded to RUclips and Vimeo. Lately, I've watched countless RUclips videos, mostly about the Ukraine war and channels dedicated to UFOs, along with about 150 other channels. Anyway, I notice that many RUclips videos do the following- the content creator puts him/her self into a square window, usually in the corner. The rest of the screen may be anything- photos, videos, something on their desktop (any kind of document). I just don't understand how they do this. I know that with Zoom, if you get a Zoom video going with others, you can put yourself in a corner- or half the screen- or the full screen- and do all of these as you see fit. I'd like to do something like this but without anyone else. So, I tried using Zoom- put myself in a corner box- brought up whatever on my desktop, etc. The problem was that when I try to have Zoom record this- what happens is that the recorded video will show whatever is on my desktop- if I have anything showing, but not me in the corner box- or, if I have myself in a full screen window- that will be recorded- but I can't get Zoom to record me in the corner, with my desktop showing. I'm presuming that if I had another person Zooming with me, it might work- but I haven't tried that yet. Meanwhile, I'm presuming there must be a better way. I really like including myself in a corner box along with my desktop stuff. Are people doing this with high end editing software? I have an old version of Cyberlink Powerdirector- but I don't think that program can do what I want.
It looks great but wastes valuable electro-energy. Australia is full of sunny days and makes videos in nature with fewer gadgets. A youtube show (from Sydney) a south Asian guy run his bridal photography business for over 45 years from his Garage (semi-underground) he lives above and said that he is a very popular photographer there and financially well and very busy in old age. His brothers back in south Asia were/are famous politicians and columnists, journalists, pubishers (2 of them were ministers), from a rich and famous family, but he left the country in his 30s . with your knowledge you can also do or use that Room for a photography business too.
Hahah i broke too many stuff!!!
Haha yep it’s true! 🤣
Your video is missing the end-screen videos.
Thanks Mark, they should be there now :)
Buy me a gaming pc ok.
I like your videos a lot
Thanks, great to hear that - Hazel, PV Team
Hello Justin
I received a notice that you had replied to my comment (yesterday), but I don't see it in this thread. The notification said to text you on telegram, but I am not on any social media platform. At any rate, I want to thank you for replying.

Hey, thanks for watching our video. Anyway, the notification you received yesterday was from an impostor account possible scam so please be careful. We do our best to remove those comments as much as possible. Have a great day! - Hazel, PV Team
