    The idea of investing a significant sum of money may be both thrilling and intimidating. There is potential for considerable wealth increase with the correct strategy. How can one take advantage of compound interest and potentially grow your retirement savings to about $1M over time?

      I think the safest strategy is to diversify investments. Like spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.

      A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. First of Congratulations to Ravindran for achieving financial freedom.
    Few observations for retail investor.
    1) Stay away from derivative - "financial weapon of mass destruction" in words of Warren Buffett. Even recent SEBI study said 92.8% retail investors lose money in derivatives.
    2) Don't use leverage at all because it can potentially wipe out your capital if you are wrong and that is a big risk to take for earning extra return.
    I also didn't understand pie chart. Total Net Worth is 10 Cr and Villa price is 3 Cr so how come allocation to real estate is 9%?
    Anchor needs to learn more about personal finance to ask more probing questions instead of accepting whatever is said by the guest.
    Intent of show is good as it spreads financial awareness and I wish it all success.

    • @RavindraPE
      @RavindraPE Месяц назад +1

      @@RavindraPE Bro, can you explain pie chart? It says 9% investment in real estate and you have one villa worth 3 Crs., which means your portfolio ought to be 33.33 Cr but you clarified your net worth is 10 crore without considering a 3 cr villa and car. I am unable to reconcile these numbers in my head.

      @RavindraPE Месяц назад +2

      @@niravchudgar The reason i came up in the video is to share the process. Numbers are just outcome. Few clarifications. 1. Networth is not 10 crores. it is 10 cores Plus. 2. Anyone can speak bullshit on internet these days. At first, this guy said I changed my target to 10Cr which I achieved couple of years ago.
    Mind you we are in the middle of 2024 and then later in the video, he said that he achieved 2Cr in 2020. So basically in just 2 years after that his 2Cr becomes 10Cr. Wow
