@Paintballboy54 You can start at an arrive and drive level with karts not nearly as fast as this one, but they are awesome nailing down the basics of driving, and you just show up, race and come home and dont need to own the kart or work on it. Most people start this way to see if racing is what they actually enjoy and want to put more money into. Starting at this level will run you about $1000-$1200 for a whole year.

@96motorhead Very few tracks actually have shifter kart classes now days.

hey josh this is marcel, the guy you were trying to help to fix my nitro rustler over the phone a while back it was like what 8 months ago .... so anyways im getting back into the hobby and i was wondering what do u recommend ..... geting a baja 5b kit and build it or not get the baja and get into kart racing ?? let me kno what you think i should do .. thanks

@hotrodcub128 Yes it was filmed with the gopro, and the gopro chest mount. I'm going to look for ways to better improve the stability of the camera.

You need a shifter kart. Screw the one speed.

I always thought the shifter karts were cool. They do like 120 mph. Do they go to fast for the track.

Hey what city is this in i live near you and want to go check it out, is the track open to public or do you need to have your own kart to race and, what do you have to do to get to be able to drive the kart that you have in your video?

@96motorhead No they would be drivable on this track but very few people are actually physically capable of handling those speeds, and shifters are just way to expensive to run so very few people actually run them now days.

LOL. The karts are not very realistic at all, but the rest of the game is. Acceleration times are terrible and the physics need a little bit of work.

If you want to have a real blast on a Rotax Max, get off that shitty course and go to a real one, like Mosport. Goodwood sucks!
