Now, my daughters just brought it up, "Dad, remember when you used to make those swirly potatoes?" They went on about how they used to LOVE them, lol. That brought me straight to this recipe. I love making “Pommes Duchess” at my house they’re called, “Nana Tatters”. God forbid they’re not all exactly the same size a riot will break out between the Grandkids! One Sunday dinner, l just about had it, l had a ruler in my hand saying they’re all the same size. 😂🤣😂👵🏻
